Tour Plan

Day 01

ARRIVAL AT ALMATY

Your English speaking tour guide will meet and greet you at Arrivals and escort you to your private vehicle waiting outside. You will then set off for your hotel in the city. The drive will take approximately 45 mins. Check in to your hotel and some time to freshen up before dinner. Then guests will be taken to Alasha, a traditional Central Asian restaurant set in a caravanserai. This used to be the place where traders and merchants came for a night's Alasha Restaurant rest during their trip across the ancient Silk Road, Be prepared for a night of dancing, performances by local talent and great food! An overnight stay at hotel.

Day 02

ALMATY SIGHTSEEING

Breakfast at Hotel. Today continues with exploring Almaty surrounding mountains. You'll have a walk in First President's Park then depart to 3 Bears Glade where we'll visit a picturesque waterfall and have lunch in a yurt. Next stop is the Big Almaty Lake - one of the most picturesque places located 2511 meters above the sea level in the charming Trans-Ili Alatau mountains. If you like mountains, you will surely like this gorgeous place as we drive up and make a stop at the viewpoint for some great photos. You can hike up the mountain, go down to the lake or simply enjoy the scenery and a beautiful sunset. On our way down you will have a chance to collect water from Alma-Arasan spring and visit Sunkar Falcon Farm reserve to watch an amazing show with birds of prey like steppe eagles, falcons and vultures. Last stop of the day is Arasan SPA & Wellness center, where you will enjoy a SPA treatment and traditional sauna. Dinner at Indian restaurant. An overnight stay at hotel.

Day 03

ALMATY - SHYMBULAK SKI RESORT

Your skiing holidays start today. After having nutritious breakfast you will stop by Ski Rental Shop to get all the needed equipment and drive in the direction of Medeo. You will have plenty of time to explore the ice skating rink and the nearby water dam, and then take a cable ride to Shymbulak . Here you will check in a boutique hotel right on the slopes of the resort, have lunch and start skiing. You will dine here in the hotel with a stunning backdrop of Shymbulak slopes. Dinner at Indian restaurant. An overnight stay at hotel.

Day 04

SKIING AT SHYMBULAK

Whole day is just you and the mountains. No particular plans for today. Breakfast is on time, the rest of the day is up to you. Note that there is Terrain Park in Shymbulak for those who love adrenaline, as well as night skiing sessions. We will recommend you the best places to have lunch and dinner. Dinner at Indian restaurant. An overnight stay at hotel.

Day 05

SHYMBULAK - LESNAYA SKAZKA MOUNTAIN RESORT

It is the last day of skiing, so after having breakfast you are free and easy on the slopes. We will join you in the lunch, check you out of the hotel and take a cable ride back to Medeo where a car is already expecting us. Next stop is Lesnaya Skazka Mountain Resort and SPA which is located in the picturesque place near Almaty. After actively spent days skiing, you will relax in the finest SPA and stay overnight in the resort hotel. Dinner at resort.

Day 06

LESNAYA - ALMATY

Breakfast at Hotel. On day 6 you continue exploring amazing Lesnaya Skazka resort. You will be offered many activities, such as horse riding, hiking, ice skating or sledding. After lunch, you will be taken back to Almaty, where you will visit Kok-Tobe hill. Kok-Tobe is the highest point of Almaty, located on the South-East of the city. It is a famous recreational zone, as well as the popular sight of Almaty. Kok-Tobe is reached by car or aerial tram, you will be taken there by aerial tram. At the end of the day you will have spectacular farewell dinner in a traditional yurt restaurant.An overnight stay at hotel.

Day 07

DEPARTURE FROM ALMATY

Breakfast at Hotel. This is the last day of your tour. Remaining time until your flight is free of plans, just let us know what you would like to do. We may suggest you shopping or getting souvenirs. It is up to you. We transfer you to the airport and wish you the most pleasant flight!

Travel Documents

Original passport with minimum 6 months validity from the date of tour arrival along with sufficient blank pages for the stamping of visa

Visa :

Kazakhstan visa is required for Indian passport holder. You need to obtain sticker visa from embassy before your travel to Kazakhstan.

Payment Terms

Payments can be made by Cheque, Demand Draft, NEFT, RTGS or IMPS. Cheque/Demand Draft should be in favor of "VM HOLIDAYS AND HOSPITALITY LLP".
You can also book your package online with Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking.

Cancellation Policy

If the Guest decides to cancel the tour for any reason whatsoever then s/he shall give a written application to the Company within specified time limit along with original receipt issued by the Company. Such cancellation will attract cancellation charges stated here under.
Cancellation charges will be calculated on gross tour cost and the cancellation charges shall depend on date of departure and date of cancellation.
Cancellation charges for any type of transport ticket are applicable as per the rules of the concerned authority.
Air tickets issued on special fares are NON REFUNDABLE and Guest shall bear cancellation charges.
Any refund payable to the Guest will be paid after the Company receives refund from the respective authorities. The Company deducts processing charges from the refund to be paid to the Guest.

Before 31 Days : 00%
From 30-22 Days : 25%
From 20-16 Days : 50%
From 15-07 Days : 75%
From 06-00 Days : 100%

Refund Policy :

Refund Process time is 21 working days for any normal cancellation. You will get refund by Bank transfer only.

Note : For any natural disaster or Government Travel Ban, you will get refund as per supplier / hotel / airline policy. If they provide credit note than you will get credit note as per their terms & conditions. We are not responsible for any cash/Bank transfer refunds for it.

The above price is per person basis. High Season Surcharges are applicable; rates are not valid for long weekends and public holidays.
Child up to 4 yrs is Complimentary, Adult: 12 years and above.
Personal identification is mandatory to carry on tour for Air Travel, Hotels for security reason like: election card, Driving Licence, Passport.
All rates are valid for Indian national only.
The above given prices are subject to change without prior notice.
The quotation is based on Standard room of individual hotel, however if unavailable then the upgrading cost to be borne by the guest.
Hotel check in is 1400 hrs and checkout would be 1000 hrs. Early check in and late check out subject to availability.
If the above hotels are not available similar category hotels are used as hotel rooms are subject to availability.Hotels may provide room heater at an additional price on direct payment basis.
Meals provided at the hotel (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner) are based on a set menu.
Anything other than the set menu will be charged extra.
Driver is NOT A GUIDE; he will take you to the sightseeing’s mentioned in the itinerary. You will have to explore the place of visit on your own.
Vehicle will be not at disposal. If guest wish to go for additional sightseeing extra charges will be applicable.
Itinerary is subject to change.The above mentioned cost is not valid during National Holidays, festive season/long weekends, Christmas & New year.

Special Notes

Airlines/Room up-gradation and complimentary will not be entertained during the tour unless if specified at the time of booking.
There is no refund for any services not utilized during the tour.
Security deposit is required either in cash or credit card by hotels which is refundable provided no room incidentals are incurred. This security deposit is not included in this quote and must be paid by the guests/corporate directly to the hotel when checking in.
Guests are advised not to keep valuables in the coach/vehicle while sightseeing.
The Company shall not be responsible for loss of valuables from the coach / vehicle . If the coach / vehicle is accidentally or otherwise damaged by the Guest, s/he will be required to pay compensation for the same.
