Tour Plan

Day 01

ARRIVE AT SEOUL

Welcome to one of the most vibrant cities in the world After you arrive at the airport, our representative will help you get transferred to the hotel in Seoul, where you can check-in. After the check-in, the rest of the day is for you to relax and get over the jet-lag. If you wish you can indulge yourself in activities like shopping and exploring nearby areas. Dinner at Indian restaurant. An overnight stay at hotel.

Day 02

SEOUL SIGHTSEEING

Palace tour with lunch on seat in coach basis (09:00-17:00) After breakfat you will be picked up from the hotel - Pass by Jogyesa Buddhist Temple, Blue House (Korean President House) Visit Main Palace - (Gyeongbokgung Palace) and enjoy Royal Guard Changing Ceremony - Pass by Insa-dong antique shopping street - Lunch at local restaurant - Shopping center of Korean - Ginseng or Amethyst - Traditional Market, Namdaemun Market - Changdeokgung Palace. You will be dropped off at hotel after the tour. Dinner at Indian restaurant. An overnight stay at hotel.

Day 03

SEOUL SIGHTSEEING

Today post breakfast you can choose from any one of the below as per your preference Nami Island & Petite France without a lunch on seat in coach basis (09:00-17:00) You will be picked up from the hotel – Nami Island – Petite France – Shopping (Ginseng, amethyst) – hotel. Nami Island is an artificially decorated small island and famous for drama (Winter Sonata) shooting site // Petite France is a cozy village with French style atmosphere and a drama shooting site (a lover from star) OR Everland without lunch on seat in coach basis (09:00-17:00) A huge outdoor theme park operated by Samsung Company including a transfer + entrance You will be dropped off at hotel after the tour. Dinner at Indian restaurant. An overnight stay at hotel.

Day 04

SEOUL - JEJU ISLAND

Breakfast at Hotel. After Breakfast , pickup at 0800hrs from the hotel. Visit and explore eastern part of Jeju Island. Jejju’s Horse riding experience. Horsence Museum. Seongngup Folk Village. Lunch (Jeju Local BBQ). Woman Div Show. Sunrise Peak. Drop back to hotel. Dinner at Indian restaurant. An overnight stay at hotel.

Day 05

JEJU ISLAND WEST TOUR

After breakfast, head off on a full-day coach tour of Jeju Island’s west coast. You will have a 40 to 60 minutes of free time at each destination. Your first stop is Hyupjae & Gumneung Beach. The white sand beach has extra find sand mixed with shells that glitters with silver and the emerald-colored water is crystal clear. Proceed to Hallim Park. Hallim park is almost 100 thousand square meters, has a variety of gardens that can be enjoyed in any season. The most famous tourist sites in Hallim Park are Hyeopjaegul and Ssangyonggul Caves known to be the only two-dimensional caves in the world. Afterwards, you will have some time for trekking at Suweolbong. During your trek, enjoy gorgeous views as your professional guide tells you about the tale of Suweolbong. In case of rain, you will visit a World War II museum and have a chance to learn history of Jeju Island during the 2nd War. After lunch, the next destination is the O’sulloc Green tea field. At the O'sulloc Museum, not only can visitors enjoy unique O'sulloc teas, but they can relax next to the lotus pond in the indoor garden. Later, explore Mt. Sanbang, the unique dome-shaped lava mountain, created by nature. Mt. Sanbang is the result of violent volcanic activity some 700,000 to 800,000 years ago. The cliffs on the southern side of the lava dome are marked with a rich variety of curious formations such as weathering pits and talus scree slopes, some of which are as high as 200m. This mountain contains a cave, which is located about 150m above sea level and has a spectacular view out over the ocean. Before your tour concludes, you can visit Cheonjeyeon waterfalls or the Teddy Bear Museum, which is a filming location for the Korean drama "Princess Hour". Your tour will end at around 5pm at the last destination. After the tour finishes, you would be dropped off at the fixed drop-off point that would be the same as with the fixed pick-up point in the morning. Note: West Course sightseeing tour operates on – Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Tour starts at 8:30 am. Dinner at Indian restaurant. An overnight stay at hotel.

Day 06

JEJU ISLAND EAST TOUR

Today morning after breakfast, check out from the hotel with your luggage and your guide will pick you up from the designated hotel pickup point via tour bus. You will have a 40 to 60 minutes of free time at each destination. After pick-up, you start the morning with horseback riding. Even if you don't have experience riding, you can enjoy it with the help of the experienced staff or enjoy Horse Riding show if it rains. After your horseback riding experience visit Seongeup folk village to see traditional life in Jeju. After enjoying local food for lunch, climb up Seongsan Ilchulbong Peak, the most symbolic attraction of Jeju island and the scenery is magnificent from the peak. After finishing a 1-hour trek, head to the Haenyo Museum. Haenyo means "women diver". You can see their particular culture and how to catch the octopus and abalone. In case of rain, visit Haenyo Museum and have a chance to know the history of them. Enjoy beautiful view with coastline of Jeju, Jongdalri Shore Road whilst heading to Manjang cave, you can appreciate the beauty of Jeju's Ocean. The last destination, Manjang cave is one of the finest lava tunnels in the world, and designated natural monument. You can explore it for about 1-hour. Tour finishes at 4:50pm at last destination. After the tour finishes, you will be dropped off at the airport to take flight to Seoul. Upon arrival in Seoul, transfer to your hotel in a shared coach. Dinner at Indian restaurant. An overnight stay at hotel.

Day 07

JEJU - SEOUL, DEPARTURE FROM SEOUL

Time to bid goodbye to Seoul After you have your last breakfast in Jeju, check-out from the hotel. Our representative will drop you at the airport from where you can board your flight to Seoul and than from Seoul to flight back to your home. We hope you enjoy this Korea tour package with us.

Original passport with minimum 6 months validity from the date of tour arrival along with sufficient blank pages for the stamping of visa

Visa :

South Korean visa required for Indian passport holder. You need to obtain Korean sticker visa from embassy before your travel to South Korea.

Payment Terms

Payments can be made by Cheque, Demand Draft, NEFT, RTGS or IMPS. Cheque/Demand Draft should be in favor of "VM HOLIDAYS AND HOSPITALITY LLP".
You can also book your package online with Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking.

Cancellation Policy

If the Guest decides to cancel the tour for any reason whatsoever then s/he shall give a written application to the Company within specified time limit along with original receipt issued by the Company. Such cancellation will attract cancellation charges stated here under.
Cancellation charges will be calculated on gross tour cost and the cancellation charges shall depend on date of departure and date of cancellation.
Cancellation charges for any type of transport ticket are applicable as per the rules of the concerned authority.
Air tickets issued on special fares are NON REFUNDABLE and Guest shall bear cancellation charges.
Any refund payable to the Guest will be paid after the Company receives refund from the respective authorities. The Company deducts processing charges from the refund to be paid to the Guest.

From 20-16 Days : 50%
From 15-07 Days : 75%
From 06-00 Days : 100%

Refund Policy :

Refund Process time is 21 working days for any normal cancellation. You will get refund by Bank transfer only.

Note : For any natural disaster or Government Travel Ban, you will get refund as per supplier / hotel / airline policy. If they provide credit note than you will get credit note as per their terms & conditions. We are not responsible for any cash/Bank transfer refunds for it.

The above price is per person basis. High Season Surcharges are applicable; rates are not valid for long weekends and public holidays.
Child up to 4 yrs is Complimentary, Adult: 12 years and above.
Personal identification is mandatory to carry on tour for Air Travel, Hotels for security reason like: election card, Driving Licence, Passport.
All rates are valid for Indian national only.
The above given prices are subject to change without prior notice.
The quotation is based on Standard room of individual hotel, however if unavailable then the upgrading cost to be borne by the guest.
Hotel check in is 1400 hrs and checkout would be 1000 hrs. Early check in and late check out subject to availability.
If the above hotels are not available similar category hotels are used as hotel rooms are subject to availability.Hotels may provide room heater at an additional price on direct payment basis.
Meals provided at the hotel (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner) are based on a set menu.
Anything other than the set menu will be charged extra.
Driver is NOT A GUIDE; he will take you to the sightseeing’s mentioned in the itinerary. You will have to explore the place of visit on your own.
Vehicle will be not at disposal. If guest wish to go for additional sightseeing extra charges will be applicable.
Itinerary is subject to change.The above mentioned cost is not valid during National Holidays, festive season/long weekends, Christmas & New year.

Special Notes

Airlines/Room up-gradation and complimentary will not be entertained during the tour unless if specified at the time of booking.
There is no refund for any services not utilized during the tour.
Security deposit is required either in cash or credit card by hotels which is refundable provided no room incidentals are incurred. This security deposit is not included in this quote and must be paid by the guests/corporate directly to the hotel when checking in.
Guests are advised not to keep valuables in the coach/vehicle while sightseeing.
The Company shall not be responsible for loss of valuables from the coach / vehicle . If the coach / vehicle is accidentally or otherwise damaged by the Guest, s/he will be required to pay compensation for the same.
