Tour Plan

Day 01

ARRIVE AT MIAMI/FORT LAUDERDALE

Today, guests will be picked up at either the Miami or Fort Lauderdale airport, depending on their flight itinerary. Meet your tour guide in the baggage claim area. Those who arrive before 12:00pm will have the chance to go shopping at the Dolphin Mall. Those who arrive in Miami before 4:00pm or Fort Lauderdale before 3:00pm will be able to go on a special night tour of the trendy South Beach neighborhood and Lincoln Road.

Sitting on the southern coast of Florida, this beautiful always-warm city is famous for its beaches, nature, and nightlife as well as its prominence in the business world. However you want to experience Florida, you can in Miami! Later, drop off at an Indian restaurant for dinner. Please note, the restaurant for dinner is within walking distance from the hotel.

Day 02

MIAMI - EVERGLADES NATIONAL PARK - MIAMI

In the morning we will come to Wynwood Walls to see various graffiti and then come to the Bayside Market. Customers could have Miami In-depth tour: we will drive from Bayside Market to Miami Brickell, then go to Biscayne Island for photos and Miami skyline. Also, we drive through Vizcaya Museum and then arrive at Little Havanah. Customers could have a 1.5-hour Cruise to Star Island. After Lunch, we will go to Everglades National Park for customers to have a Everglades Airboat Rides and close experience with alligators and crocodiles. Later, drop off at an Indian restaurant for dinner. Please note, the restaurant for dinner is within walking distance from the hotel.

Day 03

MIAMI - KEY WEST - MIAMI

Today, we will tour the city of Key West, FL. To get there, we must cross the Seven Mile Bridge and take pictures with the Southernmost Point Buoy. Customers will have lunch here and explore around for various activities. We will also have the chance to visit Ernest Hemingway's House and shop on Whitehead Street. In the evening, we will start our stunning Sunset Tour in Mallory Square, the place that has the reputation of the best place to view the sunset in Key West. (This seasonal special sunset tour will available for winter itinerary only, and all customers would join in). Later, drop off at an Indian restaurant for dinner. Please note, the restaurant for dinner is within walking distance from the hotel.

Day 04

MIAMI - FORT MYERS - NAPLES - MIAMI

Today, we will go to White Beach in Fort Myers to enjoy the beautiful scenery and visit the Edison and Ford Winter Estates. Afterwards, we will pass Naples on our way back to Miami. Later, drop off at an Indian restaurant for dinner. Please note, the restaurant for dinner is within walking distance from the hotel.

Day 05

MIAMI - WEST PALM BEACH - ORLANDO

In the morning, we will first head to the Fort Lauderdale, called the "Venice of America" due to its large canal system not unlike that in the famous Italian city. It's amazing beaches, vibrant history, and unique layout make it an extremely popular tourist spot. On both sides, we can see the luxury houses and yachts. Afterward, the tour guide will send us to Orlando and introduce the general information of Orlando, the restaurant, entertainment, and shopping information for us. At night we will have the option of taking a night tour of the city. Later, drop off at an Indian restaurant for dinner. Please note, the restaurant for dinner is within walking distance from the hotel.

Day 06

ORLANDO - WALT DISNEY - MAGIC KINGDOM

Today, you will visit the Magic Kingdom, which covers 107 acres, opened on October 1, 1971. It’s been dubbed “The Most Magical Place on Earth!” and is home to seven themed lands and dozens of attractions that appeal to all ages. It is the place where storybook fantasy is an everyday reality, and Disney classics are brought to life. From the moment you step onto Main Street USA, you are transported to a place where the cares of the outside world seem to magically melt away. Later enjoy dinner at Indian restaurant.

Day 07

ORLANDO - EPCOT CENTER / SEA WORLD

Begin your day at the Epcot center, where you can touch the future and travel the world, with an amazing array of attractions and live performances. This is an area of 260 acres devoted to past achievements and the future of technology. World Showcase offers a kind of permanent World Fair, with pavilions devoted to eleven countries. Later enjoy dinner at Indian restaurant.

Today, you will visit the world’s largest marine park, Sea World. Here you shall discover many attractions. We dare you to take a one-of-a-kind water coaster, thrill ride through the mysterious lost city of Atlantis. Soar through danger on a jet copter ride to the Wild Arctic. At Sea World, touch, feed or get face to face with awesome and amazing wild animals, and get in on all the action that draws you back again and again! Later enjoy dinner at Indian restaurant.

Day 08

DEPARTURE FROM ORLANDO

After breakfast, spend some time at leisure. Take some time out for additional shopping, or, proceed to the airport to board the flight for your next destination.

Travel Documents

Original passport with minimum 6 months validity from the date of tour arrival along with sufficient blank pages for the stamping of visa

Visa :

American visa required for Indian passport holder. You need to obtain American sticker visa from embassy before your travel to United States of America.

Payment Terms

Payments can be made by Cheque, Demand Draft, NEFT, RTGS or IMPS. Cheque/Demand Draft should be in favor of "VM HOLIDAYS AND HOSPITALITY LLP".
You can also book your package online with Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking.

Cancellation Policy

If the Guest decides to cancel the tour for any reason whatsoever then s/he shall give a written application to the Company within specified time limit along with original receipt issued by the Company. Such cancellation will attract cancellation charges stated here under.
Cancellation charges will be calculated on gross tour cost and the cancellation charges shall depend on date of departure and date of cancellation.
Cancellation charges for any type of transport ticket are applicable as per the rules of the concerned authority.
Air tickets issued on special fares are NON REFUNDABLE and Guest shall bear cancellation charges.
Any refund payable to the Guest will be paid after the Company receives refund from the respective authorities. The Company deducts processing charges from the refund to be paid to the Guest.

From 30-22 Days : 25%
From 20-16 Days : 50%
From 15-07 Days : 75%
From 06-00 Days : 100%

Refund Policy :

Refund Process time is 21 working days for any normal cancellation. You will get refund by Bank transfer only.

Note : For any natural disaster or Government Travel Ban, you will get refund as per supplier / hotel / airline policy. If they provide credit note than you will get credit note as per their terms & conditions. We are not responsible for any cash/Bank transfer refunds for it.

The above price is per person basis. High Season Surcharges are applicable; rates are not valid for long weekends and public holidays.
Child up to 4 yrs is Complimentary, Adult: 12 years and above.
Personal identification is mandatory to carry on tour for Air Travel, Hotels for security reason like: election card, Driving Licence, Passport.
All rates are valid for Indian national only.
The above given prices are subject to change without prior notice.
The quotation is based on Standard room of individual hotel, however if unavailable then the upgrading cost to be borne by the guest.
Hotel check in is 1400 hrs and checkout would be 1000 hrs. Early check in and late check out subject to availability.
If the above hotels are not available similar category hotels are used as hotel rooms are subject to availability.Hotels may provide room heater at an additional price on direct payment basis.
Meals provided at the hotel (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner) are based on a set menu.
Anything other than the set menu will be charged extra.
Driver is NOT A GUIDE; he will take you to the sightseeing’s mentioned in the itinerary. You will have to explore the place of visit on your own.
Vehicle will be not at disposal. If guest wish to go for additional sightseeing extra charges will be applicable.
Itinerary is subject to change.The above mentioned cost is not valid during National Holidays, festive season/long weekends, Christmas & New year.

Special Notes

Airlines/Room up-gradation and complimentary will not be entertained during the tour unless if specified at the time of booking.
There is no refund for any services not utilized during the tour.
Security deposit is required either in cash or credit card by hotels which is refundable provided no room incidentals are incurred. This security deposit is not included in this quote and must be paid by the guests/corporate directly to the hotel when checking in.
Guests are advised not to keep valuables in the coach/vehicle while sightseeing.
The Company shall not be responsible for loss of valuables from the coach / vehicle . If the coach / vehicle is accidentally or otherwise damaged by the Guest, s/he will be required to pay compensation for the same.
