Tour Plan

Day 01

ARRIVE AT MOSCOW

Welcome to Moscow. On your arrival, our representative will meet you at the airport and transfer you to your hotel. Take some rest and prepare for an exciting sightseeing tour of Moscow tomorrow! An overnight stay and dinner at hotel.

Day 02

MOSCOW SIGHTSEEING

After breakfast meet with your guide and personal driver for a ride transit city: Discover the Red Square , the Cathedral of St. Basil the Blessed, the GUM, the Kremlin, the Bolshoi , Manege Square, Tverskaya Street, then Mont "Vorobievi" (or Mount of sparrows) with its beautiful panorama and finally the view of the Novodevichy convent. An overnight stay and dinner at hotel.

After lunch, then guided tour of the subway and Saint-Sauveur Cathedral : The Moscow Metro stations are often compared to real "underground palace". The Saint-Sauveur Cathedral is an emblematic monument of the capital. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Day 03

MOSCOW SIGHTSEEING

After breakfast meet with your guide and take a guided tour of the Kremlin Palace, its territory and its cathedrals: the former residence of the Tsars, the largest and most famous fortress in the country, the Kremlin is a complex of palaces and cathedrals, the oldest of which date back to the 16th century . In this walls are also home to the graves of 47 tsars and numerous other curiosities, then free afternoon for a personal discovery of the city. An overnight stay and dinner at hotel.

Day 04

MOSCOW SIGHTSEEING, MOSCOW - St PETERSBURG by TRAIN

After breakfast, today is free day in Moscow for a personal discovery of the city (Optional: guided tour of the Tretyakov Gallery ).

In the evening, transfer to the station to take your 2nd class night train in the direction of Saint Petersburg (supplement 80 € / pers. For travel in 1st class - compartment for two people). Departure time to be defined according to the train timetables ( Optional : take the fast train (4h) in the afternoon, and spend an additional night in Saint Petersburg). Free dinner then overnight on the train.

Day 05

St PETERSBURG SIGHTSEEING

Early welcome by your guide at the train station (breakfast on the train). Breakfast at hotel. Departure with your guide for a city tour of St. Petersburg by transport then visit the Peter and Paul Fortress: discovery of the sumptuous capital dreamed by Peter the great at the mouth of the Neva. The Decembrist square, the Admiralty and the Cathedral of Saint Peter and Saint Paul, the Nevsky Prospect, the canals, Savior on the Spilled Blood ... the city tour is the ideal excursion to understand the geography of this great city.

Post lunch and free afternoon for a personal discovery of the city (optional: guided tour of the sumptuous private apartments of the Yssupov Palace). An overnight stay and dinner at hotel.

Day 06

St PETERSBURG SIGHTSEEING

After breakfast today is free morning for a personal discovery of the city. Meet your guide and set off on foot to visit the State Hermitage Museum: A real gem of Russian Baroque art, the Hermitage Museum is one of the most important museums in the world. Listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, it houses treasures from Antiquity and the works of the great masters of the Dutch, Italian, Flemish and Spanish schools. A visit appreciated both for the richness of the collections and for the magnificence of the buildings. An overnight stay and dinner at hotel.

Day 07

St PETERSBURG SIGHTSEEING

After breakfast meet our guide who will show you amazing places of St. Petersburg. During the summer, guided tour of the domain of Peterhof : The palace of Peterhof was the Russian Versailles. The long canal connecting it to the Gulf of Finland allowed guests to reach the palace by boat. Admire the Great Waterfall and the formidable set of waterfalls, fountains, and sculptures that operate from mid-May to September.

During the winter, guided tour of Tsarskoye Selo (Pushkin) : The village of Tsarskoye Selo (Imperial Village) was founded in the 18th century to accommodate the summer residence of the czars. Renamed "Pushkin" after the Revolution, it houses the splendid Catherine Palace, built by Rastrelli on the order of Elizabeth I, and the Alexander Palace built by Catherine II on the occasion of the marriage of her son, the future Alexander I ( In option : guided tour of Pavlovsk in addition). An overnight stay and dinner at hotel.

Day 08

DEPARTURE FROM St PETERSBURG

This day marks the end of an unforgettable vacation to Russia. After breakfast check out from your hotel by 12:00 pm. Later our representative will transfer you to the airport/railway station.

Travel Documents

Original passport with minimum 6 months validity from the date of tour arrival along with sufficient blank pages for the stamping of visa

Visa :

Russian visa required for Indian passport holder. You need to obtain Russian sticker visa from embassy before your travel to Russia.

Payment Terms

Payments can be made by Cheque, Demand Draft, NEFT, RTGS or IMPS. Cheque/Demand Draft should be in favor of "VM HOLIDAYS AND HOSPITALITY LLP".
You can also book your package online with Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking.

Cancellation Policy

If the Guest decides to cancel the tour for any reason whatsoever then s/he shall give a written application to the Company within specified time limit along with original receipt issued by the Company. Such cancellation will attract cancellation charges stated here under.
Cancellation charges will be calculated on gross tour cost and the cancellation charges shall depend on date of departure and date of cancellation.
Cancellation charges for any type of transport ticket are applicable as per the rules of the concerned authority.
Air tickets issued on special fares are NON REFUNDABLE and Guest shall bear cancellation charges.
Any refund payable to the Guest will be paid after the Company receives refund from the respective authorities. The Company deducts processing charges from the refund to be paid to the Guest.

From 30-22 Days : 25%
From 20-16 Days : 50%
From 15-07 Days : 75%
From 06-00 Days : 100%

Refund Policy :

Refund Process time is 21 working days for any normal cancellation. You will get refund by Bank transfer only.

Note : For any natural disaster or Government Travel Ban, you will get refund as per supplier / hotel / airline policy. If they provide credit note than you will get credit note as per their terms & conditions. We are not responsible for any cash/Bank transfer refunds for it.

Booking Tnc

The above price is per person basis. High Season Surcharges are applicable; rates are not valid for long weekends and public holidays.
Child up to 4 yrs is Complimentary, Adult: 12 years and above.
Personal identification is mandatory to carry on tour for Air Travel, Hotels for security reason like: election card, Driving Licence, Passport.
All rates are valid for Indian national only.
The above given prices are subject to change without prior notice.
The quotation is based on Standard room of individual hotel, however if unavailable then the upgrading cost to be borne by the guest.
Hotel check in is 1400 hrs and checkout would be 1000 hrs. Early check in and late check out subject to availability.
If the above hotels are not available similar category hotels are used as hotel rooms are subject to availability.Hotels may provide room heater at an additional price on direct payment basis.
Meals provided at the hotel (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner) are based on a set menu.
Anything other than the set menu will be charged extra.
Driver is NOT A GUIDE; he will take you to the sightseeing’s mentioned in the itinerary. You will have to explore the place of visit on your own.
Vehicle will be not at disposal. If guest wish to go for additional sightseeing extra charges will be applicable.
Itinerary is subject to change.The above mentioned cost is not valid during National Holidays, festive season/long weekends, Christmas & New year.

Special Notes

Airlines/Room up-gradation and complimentary will not be entertained during the tour unless if specified at the time of booking.
There is no refund for any services not utilized during the tour.
Security deposit is required either in cash or credit card by hotels which is refundable provided no room incidentals are incurred. This security deposit is not included in this quote and must be paid by the guests/corporate directly to the hotel when checking in.
Guests are advised not to keep valuables in the coach/vehicle while sightseeing.
The Company shall not be responsible for loss of valuables from the coach / vehicle . If the coach / vehicle is accidentally or otherwise damaged by the Guest, s/he will be required to pay compensation for the same.
