Tour Plan

Day 01

ARRIVE AT NAPLES

Arrival at Naples airport, meet your assistance and transfer to the hotel. Check in to hotel and relax. Dinner and overnight at hotel.

Day 02

NAPLES SIGHTSEEING

After breakfast, guided visit of the “Partenopea” city and its historical centre to admire the Plebiscito Square, the Royal Palace, the Gallery of Umberto I and the San Carlo Opera House. At the end of the visit transfer to “Eccellenze Capane” to live a 360° gastronomic experience. Dinner and overnight at hotel.

Day 03

NAPLES – CAPRI ISLANDS – NAPLES

After breakfast departure for an unforgettable excursion to Capri Island. Depart by boat to Capri Island and full day visit to admire the natural beauties and the charming atmosphere: the Augustus Gardens, the famous Piazzetta. In the afternoon, return to Naples by ferry boat. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Day 04

NAPLES – POMPEII – AMALFI – SALERNO

After breakfast departure to Pompeii. Meeting with your guide at the entrance of the excavations and visit of the excavations of this ancient Roman city which was destroyed by the eruption of Mount Vesuvio in 79 b.C. and buried under 4 to 6 meters of ash and stones. After the visit departure to Amalfi with a short photo stop in Positano. Arrival in Amalfi and walking through its pretty streets arriving to the 10th-century Duomo with its colourful facade. The panoramic tour proceeds to Maiori and Salerno. Accommodation at hotel, dinner and overnight.

Day 05

SALERNO – PAESTUM – MATERA – TARANTO – MARTINA FRANCA

After breakfast departure to Paestum. Guided visit of temples and ruins. The tour proceeds to Matera, European Capital of Culture 2019, in Basilicata Region. Guided visit of the magnificent city of “Sassi” listed in the UNESCO World Heritage Sites. At the end of the visit departure to Martina Franca, accommodation at hotel, dinner and overnight.

Day 06

MARTINA FRANCA – CASTELLANA CAVES – ALBEROBELLO – BARI

After breakfast departure to Bari. On the way stop to Castellana Caves, a network of caves that stretches for almost two kilometres underground before raching the breathtaking “White Grotto”. At the end of the visit depature to Alberobello, World Heritage Site, for a walking tour of the village with its cone-shaped “trulli” stone houses, that are one of the Apulia symbol. Departure to Bari, dinner and overnight.

Day 07

BARI – ANDRIA – CASTEL DEL MONTE – NAPLES

After breakfast departure to Castel del Monte, a geometric design fortress built in an octagonal shape, with each of the eight corners sporting an octagonal tower. The fortress is one of the best preserved medieval castles in Southern Italy and is listed in the UNESCO World Heritage Sites. After the visit departure to Andria, the home of “burrata” cheese . Visit of a local dairy. The excursion continues with a visit of a winery at Minervino Murge for a lunch tasting the local wine and typical products. Departure to Naples, accommodation at hotel. Dinner and overnight.

Day 08

DEPARTURE FROM NAPLES

After breakfast, packing up your bags and take the leave from your hotel and you will be directly transferred to the Naples International airport from where you can fly back to your homeland.

Travel Documents

Original passport with minimum 6 months validity from the date of tour arrival along with sufficient blank pages for the stamping of visa.

Visa :

Schengen Visa required for Indian passport holder to visit Europe. You need to obtain visa from embassy before your travel to Europe.

Payment Terms

Payments can be made by Cheque, Demand Draft, NEFT, RTGS or IMPS. Cheque/Demand Draft should be in favor of "VM HOLIDAYS AND HOSPITALITY LLP".
You can also book your package online with Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking.

Cancellation Policy

If the Guest decides to cancel the tour for any reason whatsoever then s/he shall give a written application to the Company within specified time limit along with original receipt issued by the Company. Such cancellation will attract cancellation charges stated here under.
Cancellation charges will be calculated on gross tour cost and the cancellation charges shall depend on date of departure and date of cancellation.
Cancellation charges for any type of transport ticket are applicable as per the rules of the concerned authority.
Air tickets issued on special fares are NON REFUNDABLE and Guest shall bear cancellation charges.
Any refund payable to the Guest will be paid after the Company receives refund from the respective authorities. The Company deducts processing charges from the refund to be paid to the Guest.

From 30-22 Days : 25%
From 20-16 Days : 50%
From 15-07 Days : 75%
From 06-00 Days : 100%

Refund Policy :

Refund Process time is 21 working days for any normal cancellation. You will get refund by Bank transfer only.

Note : For any natural disaster or Government Travel Ban, you will get refund as per supplier / hotel / airline policy. If they provide credit note than you will get credit note as per their terms & conditions. We are not responsible for any cash/Bank transfer refunds for it.

The above price is per person basis. High Season Surcharges are applicable; rates are not valid for long weekends and public holidays.
Child up to 4 yrs is Complimentary, Adult: 12 years and above.
Personal identification is mandatory to carry on tour for Air Travel, Hotels for security reason like: election card, Driving Licence, Passport.
All rates are valid for Indian national only.
The above given prices are subject to change without prior notice.
The quotation is based on Standard room of individual hotel, however if unavailable then the upgrading cost to be borne by the guest.
Hotel check in is 1400 hrs and checkout would be 1000 hrs. Early check in and late check out subject to availability.
If the above hotels are not available similar category hotels are used as hotel rooms are subject to availability.Hotels may provide room heater at an additional price on direct payment basis.
Meals provided at the hotel (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner) are based on a set menu.
Anything other than the set menu will be charged extra.
Driver is NOT A GUIDE; he will take you to the sightseeing’s mentioned in the itinerary. You will have to explore the place of visit on your own.
Vehicle will be not at disposal. If guest wish to go for additional sightseeing extra charges will be applicable.
Itinerary is subject to change.The above mentioned cost is not valid during National Holidays, festive season/long weekends, Christmas & New year.

Special Notes

Airlines/Room up-gradation and complimentary will not be entertained during the tour unless if specified at the time of booking.
There is no refund for any services not utilized during the tour.
Security deposit is required either in cash or credit card by hotels which is refundable provided no room incidentals are incurred. This security deposit is not included in this quote and must be paid by the guests/corporate directly to the hotel when checking in.
Guests are advised not to keep valuables in the coach/vehicle while sightseeing.
The Company shall not be responsible for loss of valuables from the coach / vehicle . If the coach / vehicle is accidentally or otherwise damaged by the Guest, s/he will be required to pay compensation for the same.
