Day 01

ARRIVE AT LISBON

On your arrival at Lisbon airport, our driver/guide will give you a warm welcome and will take you to your Hotel. Check-in and accommodation in Lisbon. Dinner at restaurant. An overnight stay in Lisbon.

Day 02

LISBON SIGHTSEEING

After a great breakfast in the Hotel, we will pick you up there for a remarkable half-day tour through Lisbon, the Capital of Portugal. Lisbon is considered the “city of light”, due to its almost 9 hours of sunshine per day, and it was built on seven hills, overlooking the ocean. This charming city is an eclectic mixture of ancient and modern, with a vast natural amphitheater and famous for its curvy, steep and winding streets, vintage yellow trams and quaint houses with ochre-orange rooftops.

On our tour through Lisbon, we will discover its most important sites and monuments: the historic district of Belém, near the Torre de Belém, the Monument of the Discoveries and the Church of the Jeronimos Monastery, the most stunning example of Manueline art. This place is an ode to the golden age of Portuguese Discoveries and a place of pride, History, revolution and power. We will also explore the main squares, as well as the Castle of St. George and the picturesque Alfama district, with an enchanting maze of narrow streets, ancient houses and shops. This tour also includes a visit to National Coach Museum, which hosts one of the richest collection of carriages in the world (on Mondays, this visit and the entrance at Jeronimos Monastery will be replaced by Ajuda National Palace). Drop-off at your Hotel and free remaining day. Dinner at restaurant. An overnight stay in Lisbon.

Day 03

OBIDOS - NAZARE - BATALHA - FATIMA - LISBON

Today after breakfast, you will have Free Day to explore this city. Lisbon is a pleasure to discover and walking can be one of the best ways to try. And if you prefer to admire its surroundings, we suggest a full day tour to Obidos, Nazare, Batalha and Fatima. Four cities in one amazing trip, for discovering the most picturesque and charming towns in Portugal (not included). Dinner at restaurant. An overnight stay in Lisbon.

Day 04

LISBON SIGHTSEEING

Breakfast at the Hotel. You will have one more Free Day to discover the treasures of the Capital of Portugal. You can also join a remarkable tour through the charming cities of Sintra, Cascais and Estoril. A full day Tour to admire the coastal cities that surround Lisbon, true fairy-tale places full of History, Culture, astonishing landscapes and Fantasy. Dinner at restaurant. An overnight stay in Lisbon.

Day 05

LISBON - PORTO by TRAIN

After an amazing breakfast at the Hotel, you will have private transfer to the Lisbon-Oriente Railway Station and you will travel to the beautiful Northern Portugal. We will book a ticket for you and your journey, mainly made along the Portuguese coast, will be incredible. On your arrival at Porto-Campanhã Railway Station, our private driver will transfer you to the Hotel. Check-in and remaining free day. Dinner at restaurant. An overnight stay in Porto.

Day 06

PORTO SIGHTSEEING

Breakfast in the Hotel. On this day, we will discover the emblematic city of Porto, a trendy city, plenty of traditions. Porto is the second largest city in Portugal and it is considered the Capital of Northern Region. Sitting on a plateau over an impressive Douro River (“golden river”), it is a city of contrasts – gorgeous tiled buildings, new and ancient, resting beside recovered structures and charming stores. It’s a vibrant city, also famous for its incredible Wine.

Here, we will visit the most beautiful places of this city, like the Cathedral, São Bento railway station, the pedestrian street of Santa Catarina, Lello bookshop, the Clerigos Tower and much more. We will continue downwards to the Ribeira Square, near the pier of the Douro River, crossing the famous Ponte D. Luis to the other side. And our day will end with a visit to one of the most famous Port Wine Cellars, with a sweet Port Wine tasting. Dinner at restaurant. An overnight stay in Porto.

Day 07

PORTO SIGHTSEEING

Breakfast at the Hotel. Free Day. Today take your time to explore this picturesque city by yourself. With UNESCO sites and incredible landscapes, this city will steal your heart.

But if you prefer, you can join a trip for discovering the amazing Northern Portugal. Here, we suggest one of two great full-days. You can travel to north for a tour through Minho Region, the region of the “Vinho Verde” (green wines) with rich historic heritage. Or you can travel to northeast for a journey through one of the oldest demarcated wine regions in the world, the famous Douro Valley (not included). Dinner at restaurant. An overnight stay in Porto.

Day 08

DEPARTURE FROM PORTO

After an amazing breakfast at the Hotel, our private driver will transfer you to Porto airport. End of our services.

Travel Documents

Original passport with minimum 6 months validity from the date of tour arrival along with sufficient blank pages for the stamping of visa.

Visa :

Schengen Visa required for Indian passport holder to visit Europe. You need to obtain visa from embassy before your travel to Europe.

Payment Terms

Payments can be made by Cheque, Demand Draft, NEFT, RTGS or IMPS. Cheque/Demand Draft should be in favor of "VM HOLIDAYS AND HOSPITALITY LLP".
You can also book your package online with Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking.

Cancellation Policy

If the Guest decides to cancel the tour for any reason whatsoever then s/he shall give a written application to the Company within specified time limit along with original receipt issued by the Company. Such cancellation will attract cancellation charges stated here under.
Cancellation charges will be calculated on gross tour cost and the cancellation charges shall depend on date of departure and date of cancellation.
Cancellation charges for any type of transport ticket are applicable as per the rules of the concerned authority.
Air tickets issued on special fares are NON REFUNDABLE and Guest shall bear cancellation charges.
Any refund payable to the Guest will be paid after the Company receives refund from the respective authorities. The Company deducts processing charges from the refund to be paid to the Guest.

From 30-22 Days : 25%
From 20-16 Days : 50%
From 15-07 Days : 75%
From 06-00 Days : 100%

Refund Policy :

Refund Process time is 21 working days for any normal cancellation. You will get refund by Bank transfer only.

Note : For any natural disaster or Government Travel Ban, you will get refund as per supplier / hotel / airline policy. If they provide credit note than you will get credit note as per their terms & conditions. We are not responsible for any cash/Bank transfer refunds for it.

The above price is per person basis. High Season Surcharges are applicable; rates are not valid for long weekends and public holidays.
Child up to 4 yrs is Complimentary, Adult: 12 years and above.
Personal identification is mandatory to carry on tour for Air Travel, Hotels for security reason like: election card, Driving Licence, Passport.
All rates are valid for Indian national only.
The above given prices are subject to change without prior notice.
The quotation is based on Standard room of individual hotel, however if unavailable then the upgrading cost to be borne by the guest.
Hotel check in is 1400 hrs and checkout would be 1000 hrs. Early check in and late check out subject to availability.
If the above hotels are not available similar category hotels are used as hotel rooms are subject to availability.Hotels may provide room heater at an additional price on direct payment basis.
Meals provided at the hotel (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner) are based on a set menu.
Anything other than the set menu will be charged extra.
Driver is NOT A GUIDE; he will take you to the sightseeing’s mentioned in the itinerary. You will have to explore the place of visit on your own.
Vehicle will be not at disposal. If guest wish to go for additional sightseeing extra charges will be applicable.
Itinerary is subject to change.The above mentioned cost is not valid during National Holidays, festive season/long weekends, Christmas & New year.

Special Notes

Airlines/Room up-gradation and complimentary will not be entertained during the tour unless if specified at the time of booking.
There is no refund for any services not utilized during the tour.
Security deposit is required either in cash or credit card by hotels which is refundable provided no room incidentals are incurred. This security deposit is not included in this quote and must be paid by the guests/corporate directly to the hotel when checking in.
Guests are advised not to keep valuables in the coach/vehicle while sightseeing.
The Company shall not be responsible for loss of valuables from the coach / vehicle . If the coach / vehicle is accidentally or otherwise damaged by the Guest, s/he will be required to pay compensation for the same.
