Tour Plan

Day 01

ARRIVE AT DUBROVNIK, CITY TOUR

Upon arrival city tour of Dubrovnik. This ultimate tour is made for visitors who wish to take in all the main sights and explore the architecture and history of this famous city. Accompanied by our experienced guide, the story of Dubrovnik's golden age will unfold before your eyes. After the city tour, we’ll have organized lunch at restaurant situated in the very heart of the Old Town. After the lunch, guest will have some free time to explore by themselves and transfer to hotel. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Day 02

BOSNIA - HERZEGOVINA EXCURSION

Breakfast at hotel. On this tour we will take you to Mostar, another exiting destination in neighboring country Bosnia and Herzegovina. Transfer in front of the hotel at 8,00, a short drive up the Adriatic coast and a turn towards inner land lead us through the valley of Neretva river to our destination Mostar. After the guided tour of the town you will have Organized lunch at restaurant near Neretva river and some free time for strolling around, to enjoy and experience sights of this town of poetry, narrow streets and old monuments which will tell you a story about ancient past. Departure at 16,00. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Day 03

ELAPHITI ISLANDS BOAT TRIP

Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer from hotel at 9,00. Boattrip to Elafiti islands at 9,30. The Elaphite archipelago comprises 8 islands of which only 3 are inhabited. The islands are doted with pine forests, authentic villages and idyllic bays. You will discover the Elaphites island of Lopud, Kolocep and Šipan. Lunch with wine during the excursion. Transfer from harbor to hotel at: 17,00. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Day 04

MONTENEGRO EXCURSION

Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer at 8,30. The Montenegro excursion will pass through the magnificent Boka kotorska bay offering exquisite view of the bay. Montenegro excursion then continues to Kotor for the guided visit of the town. Kotor will also be a chance to make a pause in our excursion and enjoy in the refreshments. Afterwards our journey reaches Budva, one of the oldest settlements on the Adriatic where we will also have a guided tour and organized lunch in the beautiful local restaurant.Transfer back from Budva at : 16,00. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Day 05

VISIT BOTANICAL GARDEN & CROATIAN FLOKLORE SHOW

Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer from hotel at 15,30 . Arrival at Botanical garden at 16,00 .The tour begins with a leisurely stroll through Trsteno's renowned arboretum. At over 500 years old and housing more than 300 species of exotic tree and plant life, the arboretum is widely acknowledged as one of the finest gardens in Europe. After an exploration of the botanical garden, the tour moves to A village “at the back of beyond” and yet only half an hour drive from Dubrovnik. Few traditional stone houses with hats of red tiled roofs dotted around sloppy terraced land. Landlords will entertain you to your heart’s content: with heart-warming homemade grape brandy and figs, meal cooked under the iron bell and village songs. And before too long, you’ll be clapping your hands and tapping your feet to the rhythm of jolly tunes, raising a glass of delicious wine and joining in a festive atmosphere in this country home surroundings. Transfer back to hotel at 20,30. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Day 06

CABLE CAR + WINE TASTING, DEPARTURE

Breakfast at the hotel. Morning free. Departure from the hotel to the Cable car at 11,00 . Be amazed with the breathtaking views of the Old City of Dubrovnik, the crystal clear Adriatic Sea, and the numerous islands. After these beutiful scenes we continue to The local vineyard and winery owned by the Crvik Family who grows two hectares of exceptional grapes. A unique opportunity awaits You here to taste some of the finest wines from this region!

After winery (if we have time) transfer to the city of Cavtat to explore by themselves. Cavtat is currently favorite place of world's jet set, and it is quite normal to see some of the Hollywood stars sipping their coffee in the bar among locals and not being bothered by anyone, free time until when they’ll have transfer to airport.

Travel Documents

Original passport with minimum 6 months validity from the date of tour arrival along with sufficient blank pages for the stamping of visa.

Visa :

Schengen Visa required for Indian passport holder to visit Europe. You need to obtain E-visa from embassy before your travel to Europe.

Payment Terms

Payments can be made by Cheque, Demand Draft, NEFT, RTGS or IMPS. Cheque/Demand Draft should be in favor of "VM HOLIDAYS AND HOSPITALITY LLP".
You can also book your package online with Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking.

Cancellation Policy

If the Guest decides to cancel the tour for any reason whatsoever then s/he shall give a written application to the Company within specified time limit along with original receipt issued by the Company. Such cancellation will attract cancellation charges stated here under.
Cancellation charges will be calculated on gross tour cost and the cancellation charges shall depend on date of departure and date of cancellation.
Cancellation charges for any type of transport ticket are applicable as per the rules of the concerned authority.
Air tickets issued on special fares are NON REFUNDABLE and Guest shall bear cancellation charges.
Any refund payable to the Guest will be paid after the Company receives refund from the respective authorities. The Company deducts processing charges from the refund to be paid to the Guest.

From 20-16 Days : 50%
From 15-07 Days : 75%
From 06-00 Days : 100%

Refund Policy :

Refund Process time is 21 working days for any normal cancellation. You will get refund by Bank transfer only.

Note : For any natural disaster or Government Travel Ban, you will get refund as per supplier / hotel / airline policy. If they provide credit note than you will get credit note as per their terms & conditions. We are not responsible for any cash/Bank transfer refunds for it.

The above price is per person basis. High Season Surcharges are applicable; rates are not valid for long weekends and public holidays.
Child up to 4 yrs is Complimentary, Adult: 12 years and above.
Personal identification is mandatory to carry on tour for Air Travel, Hotels for security reason like: election card, Driving Licence, Passport.
All rates are valid for Indian national only.
The above given prices are subject to change without prior notice.
The quotation is based on Standard room of individual hotel, however if unavailable then the upgrading cost to be borne by the guest.
Hotel check in is 1400 hrs and checkout would be 1000 hrs. Early check in and late check out subject to availability.
If the above hotels are not available similar category hotels are used as hotel rooms are subject to availability.Hotels may provide room heater at an additional price on direct payment basis.
Meals provided at the hotel (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner) are based on a set menu.
Anything other than the set menu will be charged extra.
Driver is NOT A GUIDE; he will take you to the sightseeing’s mentioned in the itinerary. You will have to explore the place of visit on your own.
Vehicle will be not at disposal. If guest wish to go for additional sightseeing extra charges will be applicable.
Itinerary is subject to change.The above mentioned cost is not valid during National Holidays, festive season/long weekends, Christmas & New year.

Special Notes

Airlines/Room up-gradation and complimentary will not be entertained during the tour unless if specified at the time of booking.
There is no refund for any services not utilized during the tour.
Security deposit is required either in cash or credit card by hotels which is refundable provided no room incidentals are incurred. This security deposit is not included in this quote and must be paid by the guests/corporate directly to the hotel when checking in.
Guests are advised not to keep valuables in the coach/vehicle while sightseeing.
The Company shall not be responsible for loss of valuables from the coach / vehicle . If the coach / vehicle is accidentally or otherwise damaged by the Guest, s/he will be required to pay compensation for the same.
