Overview

Prague is the capital city of the Czech Republic which is also the largest city of the country, with approximately 1.3 million residents. Czech is known for its ornate castles, Prague castle being the largest in the world. It also has the oldest astronomical clock known as Prague astronomical clock which was installed in 1410. This country has a rich history, being the only country in Europe that was not much affected by World War II, as a result of this its historical buildings are still as originally built, some even dating to the middle ages. Czech is famous for its beer, consuming the most beer per capita in the world.

Tour Plan

Day 01

ARRIVE AT PRAGUE

On arrival at Prague Interntional airport, meet our representative and get transferred to your hotel. Check-in to hotel and relax to explore beauty of Prague. Dinner at restaurant. Overnight stay in Prague.

Day 02

EVENING DINNER CRUISE WITH LIVE MUSIC

Breakfast at hotel. Enjoy the view of the beautifully illuminated panorama of Prague and spend a pleasant evening on board of a restaurant boat. During the cruise, a buffet with a selection of hot and cold cuisine and a bar with friendly staff and live music are available to you the entire time.

The route of the cruise leads under Charles Bridge, with a view of the beautiful panorama of Prague Castle and the baroque churches of the Old and New Town. You can sit on the open top deck or inside in the salon which is heated in winter and air-conditioned in summer. Overnight stay in Prague.

Day 03

PPAGUE CITY SIGHTSEEING

Breakfast at hotel. Excursion goes in a comfortable bus with a guide who will introduce you with history of Prague (UNESCO) as a historic and architectural jewel of Central Europe. During the tour you will visit Prague Castle complex and interiors of famous landmarks of Prague - Cathedral of St.. Witt, see the Royal Palace (11th century), present time - residence of Czech presidents. Picture Gallery of Prague Castle, the Basilica and the monastery of St. George (10c.) Daliborka - city jail from late 15c. and Golden Lane. Hradcany Square: Schwarzenberg Palace (1569) with the Military History Museum; Tuscan palace (1691), Shtenberg Palace (17th c.) Transition to Malostranska square, Church of St. Nicholas (St. Nicholas) (1756). Continuation of the tour across the Charles Bridge (14th c) - a symbol of Prague to Krzhizhovnitska square, where the tour ends. Dinner at restaurant. Overnight stay in Prague.

Day 04

PRAGUE WALKING TOUR

Breakfast at hotel. The walk starts from the historic tram in central square of Prague - Wenceslas Square, to pedestrian street on Prshikope (On the Moat), continues to Old Town Square with the famous astronomical clock of XV century, with a fabulous building Tyn Cathedral (14-16 cc.) And the church of St. . Nicholas (1732-1737), along the royal path to the Powder Tower (Prasna brana) and Municipality House (Obecni dum).

Our walk continues along the street on Prshikope and ends at the exit Wenceslas Square. Here you can have lunch by the taste of a large number located in the center of restaurants and cafes.

Wide range of optional excursions in Czech Republic and Central Europe: our recommendation – a trip to the show in medieval restaurant Detenice (6 hours) or dinner in medieval Czech restaurant U Pavouka (3 hours). Dinner at restaurant. Overnight stay in Prague.

Day 05

FREE DAY IN PRAGUE

Breakfast in hotel. Wide range of optional excursions in Czech Republic and Central Europe. Our recommendation – excursion tour to Hluboka nad Vltavou and Orlik castles (10 h). Dinner at restaurant. Overnight stay in Prague.

Day 06

DEPARTURE FROM PRAGUE

After breakfast, packing up your bags and take the leave from your hotel and you will be directly transferred to the Prague International airport from where you can fly back to your homeland.

Travel Documents

Original passport with minimum 6 months validity from the date of tour arrival along with sufficient blank pages for the stamping of visa.

Visa :

Schengen Visa required for Indian passport holder to visit Europe. You need to obtain E-visa from embassy before your travel to Europe.

Payment Terms

Payments can be made by Cheque, Demand Draft, NEFT, RTGS or IMPS. Cheque/Demand Draft should be in favor of "VM HOLIDAYS AND HOSPITALITY LLP".
You can also book your package online with Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking.

Cancellation Policy

If the Guest decides to cancel the tour for any reason whatsoever then s/he shall give a written application to the Company within specified time limit along with original receipt issued by the Company. Such cancellation will attract cancellation charges stated here under.
Cancellation charges will be calculated on gross tour cost and the cancellation charges shall depend on date of departure and date of cancellation.
Cancellation charges for any type of transport ticket are applicable as per the rules of the concerned authority.
Air tickets issued on special fares are NON REFUNDABLE and Guest shall bear cancellation charges.
Any refund payable to the Guest will be paid after the Company receives refund from the respective authorities. The Company deducts processing charges from the refund to be paid to the Guest.

From 30-22 Days : 25%
From 20-16 Days : 50%
From 15-07 Days : 75%
From 06-00 Days : 100%

Refund Policy :

Refund Process time is 21 working days for any normal cancellation. You will get refund by Bank transfer only.

Note : For any natural disaster or Government Travel Ban, you will get refund as per supplier / hotel / airline policy. If they provide credit note than you will get credit note as per their terms & conditions. We are not responsible for any cash/Bank transfer refunds for it.

Booking Tnc

The above price is per person basis. High Season Surcharges are applicable; rates are not valid for long weekends and public holidays.
Child up to 4 yrs is Complimentary, Adult: 12 years and above.
Personal identification is mandatory to carry on tour for Air Travel, Hotels for security reason like: election card, Driving Licence, Passport.
All rates are valid for Indian national only.
The above given prices are subject to change without prior notice.
The quotation is based on Standard room of individual hotel, however if unavailable then the upgrading cost to be borne by the guest.
Hotel check in is 1400 hrs and checkout would be 1000 hrs. Early check in and late check out subject to availability.
If the above hotels are not available similar category hotels are used as hotel rooms are subject to availability.Hotels may provide room heater at an additional price on direct payment basis.
Meals provided at the hotel (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner) are based on a set menu.
Anything other than the set menu will be charged extra.
Driver is NOT A GUIDE; he will take you to the sightseeing’s mentioned in the itinerary. You will have to explore the place of visit on your own.
Vehicle will be not at disposal. If guest wish to go for additional sightseeing extra charges will be applicable.
Itinerary is subject to change.The above mentioned cost is not valid during National Holidays, festive season/long weekends, Christmas & New year.

Special Notes

Airlines/Room up-gradation and complimentary will not be entertained during the tour unless if specified at the time of booking.
There is no refund for any services not utilized during the tour.
Security deposit is required either in cash or credit card by hotels which is refundable provided no room incidentals are incurred. This security deposit is not included in this quote and must be paid by the guests/corporate directly to the hotel when checking in.
Guests are advised not to keep valuables in the coach/vehicle while sightseeing.
The Company shall not be responsible for loss of valuables from the coach / vehicle . If the coach / vehicle is accidentally or otherwise damaged by the Guest, s/he will be required to pay compensation for the same.
