After breakfast, you’ll visit Angkor Thom, starting with the Bayon, a bizarre structure of several architectural changes reflecting a switch from Hinduism (the foundations) to Buddhism (the superstructure). Your next visit will be to the Elephant and Leper King Terraces followed by the Baphoun Temple, which is now nearing the end of an eight-year multi-million dollar restoration program. In the afternoon, you’ll explore Angkor Wat itself, the largest, and for most people, the most impressive temple in the complex after which you can watch the sunset from the top of Phnom Bakheng Hill. Your day will be taken up with visits to some of the outer sites including Preah Khan, a huge monastic complex, Neak Pean, a Himalayan-style lake and sanctuary, and East Mebon, a temple-mountain. After lunch, you’ll also see Ta Prohm, strangled by massive tree roots and typical of the condition of the whole complex when it was discovered in 1860 by French naturalist Henri Mouhot. Your guide will then show you the Prasat Kravan (also known as the Cardomom Sanctuary) and Srah Srang lake and landing terrace. The Srah Srang is less touristy and could be a sunrise alternative to Angkor Wat. Dinner at Indian restaurant. Overnight in Siem Reap.
After breakfast, your guide and driver will drive you 50 km through the countryside, the rice fields alongside the Kulen Mountain range to Beng Mealea Temple complex. Beng Mealea is almost the size of Angkor Wat and is one of the largest ensembles built during the Khmer reign but is still seldom visited. Its galleries, pools, libraries and sanctuary lie under fig-tree roots and creepers and are waiting to be discovered. The decoration of Beng Mealea is simple but you can still find bas-reliefs showing scenes from the Khmer Mythology. You’ll have a picnic lunch before driving back to Siem Reap in the afternoon. There, you’ll embark on a boat trip on Tonle Sap Lake, a natural reservoir that partly controls the level of floods in the Mekong Delta, and visit a floating fishing village en-route. For the reminder of the day you will be free to explore the city. Dinner at Indian restaurant. Overnight in Siem Reap.
After breakfast, free at own leisure till transfer time to the airport for departure flight to Kampot. Upon arrival, transfer to your resort. Dinner at Indian restaurant. Overnight in Kampot Hostel.
After breakfast, leave your hostel at 8:30 am. One hour drive to the Hill Station. Walking and driving around to see the Hill Station including the old and new building. Then we go to the waterfall where we can refresh and have lunch. Drive all the way back to kampot after Hill Station.
The landscape between Kep and Kampot is dotted with jungle limestone mountains. On this tour you'll visit the caves and the secret lake which was established through hard labor under the Khmer Rouge. So much to see – Salt, Pepper, Crabs, Caves, Lakes & Landmines We aimed to pack a lot in on our first day trip from Kampot with a visit to a pepper farm, the salt flats, a secret lake and then some hillside cave temples. After breakfast, our representative will transfer you to Sihanoukville (2-3 hrs). Take a boat from Sihanoukville to reach Koh Rong Sanloem. Those crystal-clear waters make Koh Rong Samloem the perfect spot for snorkeling. With visibility high around the island, the waters here are wonderful and snorkeling is a great way to explore underwater life. Arrive at your hostel and relax. Enjoy your day at leisure. After breakfast, enjoy your day with Fishing & Snorkeling trip. This tour is a must for everyone visiting Koh Rong Samloem. Your day starts in the morning where you will meet your local boat captain on our hostel's private beach. You will climb abroad our long-tail boat with the captain and driver and head out onto the ocean. After about 20 minutes of taking in the stunning sights, you will arrive at your first snorkeling site. Visibility depends on the season, but your are sure to see some interesting finds, including soft and hard coral, a plethora of fish species and more. Later in afternoon return back to your hostel. Enjoy your evening at beach party. Dinner at local restaurant. Overnight in Koh Rong Sanloem Hostel.
After breakfast, take a boat to Sihanoukville and than transfer to Cambodia's capital city Phnom Penh by car (4-5 hrs). Arrive at your hostel and check-in. Later enjoy evening party at your hostel. Dinner at Indian restaurant. Overnight in Phnom Penh Hotel.
After breakfast, the day will starts with Phnom Penh city tour. First you will be taken to visit the National Museum where 5000 objects are exhibited including Angkorian era statues, lingas and artefacts – most notably the legendary statue of the 'Leper King". You'll call in at the Royal Palace and the nearby Silver Pagoda. After lunch, your guide will show you Wat Phnom and the Toul Sleng Genocide Museum. You’ll have time to relax at your hostel before a sunset cruise on the Chatomouk River. Dinner at Indian restaurant. Your overnight accommodation will be in Phnom Penh.
After breakfast, you will be free until check out your hotel and in a good time, drive to the airport for your departure flight.
