Tour Plan

Day 01

ARRIVE AT TEL AVIV

After arrival in Tel Aviv, you are met by a representative and transferred to your hotel. The remainder of the day is free to relax or explore this vibrant city on the shores of the Mediterranean. Tonight, join your Tour Manager and fellow travelers for a welcome dinner at the hotel.An overnight stay at hotel.

Day 02

TEL AVIV - JAFFA - CAESAREA - ACRE

After breakfast, embark on a full day of sightseeing. Begin in Tel Aviv, often called “The White City” for its UNESCO-designated Bauhaus architecture. Boasting an amazing blend of ancient and contemporary sites, visit Rabin Square and see Independence Hall where David Ben Gurion declared Israel’s independence. In Jaffa, see the Ottoman clock tower, Church of St. Peter, Simon the Tanner’s house – of historical importance from its references in the Book of Acts, and Andromeda Rock – known for its reference in Greek mythology. Continue to Caesarea, built by King Herod. See its ancient Roman theatre, still used today, and stand in awe of the ancient hippodrome, the Crusader moat and massive aqueduct. At the final stop in the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Acre, see the Crusaders City and Templar Castle, the later Ottoman city and the British prison from the years leading up to Israel’s independence. Arrive in Tiberias for overnight and an included dinner.

Day 03

MOUNT OF THE BEATITUDES & TABGHA

After breakfast, depart by coach for the Mount of Beatitudes, the church with the octagonal dome where Jesus blessed his disciples some 2,000 years ago and gave his Sermon on the Mount. Enjoy a visit to Tabgha, where Jesus fed the 5,000 with two fish and five loaves of bread. Visit the Church of the Primacy of St. Peter (Mensa Christi) and Capernaum where the ruins of the village are explored. Continue to the beautiful Banias Falls and ascend the Golan Heights to visit Nimrod Fortress and the Mt. Bental overlook. Dinner at Indian restaurant. An overnight stay at hotel.

Day 04

SEA OF GALILLE & NAZARETH

Breakfast at hotel. Experience a sailing across the Sea of Galilee and visit the Ancient Boat Museum. Witness first-hand what daily life is really like on a kibbutz, Israel’s communal living system. During the excursion in Nazareth, visit the Basilica of the Annunciation and St. Joseph’s Church before arriving in Jerusalem this evening. Dinner at Indian restaurant. An overnight stay at hotel.

Day 05

JERUSALEM SIGHTSEEING

Breakfast at hotel. Today’s city tour includes many Biblical and historical sites important in Judaism, Christianity and Islam. Drive up to the Mount of Olives for beautiful panoramic views of the Holy City. Visit the Garden of Gethsemane, the Basilica of Agony and the Tomb of the Virgin Mary. Enter through Damascus Gate and enjoy a walking tour of the Old City and the Four Quarters. Walk up the Via Dolorosa to Calvary Hill, regarded in Catholicism as the site where Christ was crucified and ascended into heaven. Continue with a walk through the narrow “souk” of Jerusalem to the Western Wall. Wander through the Cardo, the reconstructed shopping arcade of Roman times before returning to the hotel.Dinner at Indian restaurant. An overnight stay at hotel.

Day 06

JERUSALEM SIGHTSEEING

Breakfast at hotel. Today is yours to explore Jerusalem on your own or join us for an optional excursion to Masada. Drive through the Jordan Valley and the Judean Wilderness. Visit the beautiful waterfalls of Ein Gedi, an oasis some 1,200 feet below sea level. Ascend by cable car to Masada and marvel at the ancient ruins of King Herod’s fortress. A visit to Qumran, where the Dead Sea scrolls were found, completes the tour. Dinner at Indian restaurant. An overnight stay at hotel.

Day 07

JERUSALEM SIGHTSEEING

Breakfast at hotel. The day is left free of planned activities for you to continue your exploration of this amazing city. Or you may choose to join us on a morning optional excursion to Bethlehem, birthplace of Jesus. In the afternoon, you may choose an optional excursion to the museum of Yad Vashem, a living museum memorial to the six million Jews who perished during the Holocaust. Dinner at Indian restaurant. An overnight stay at hotel.

Day 08

JERUSALEM - DEAD SEA - PETRA, JORDAN

After breakfast, travel by coach to Jordan, crossing at the King Hussein Bridge. The life enriching experience in Jordan begins with a visit to the Dead Sea - the lowest point on the face of the Earth, at 1,368 feet below sea level. You’ll have time to experience the ‘healing waters’ of this remarkable ‘natural health spa’ and enjoy an included lunch. Drive to Petra via the desert highway and enjoy an included dinner at the hotel this evening. Dinner at Indian restaurant. An overnight stay at hotel.

Day 09

PETRA SIGHTSEEING

After breakfast, enjoy a morning tour of Petra, the “Rose Red” city. Walk the Siq – a narrow gorge that leads into the city, emerging dramatically in front of the Treasury. It is impossible to describe the feeling of standing at the foot of the Treasury, looking up at some of the amazing carvings that have survived for all these years. Also see the Monastery, the Silk Tomb and the Roman Colonnade and Amphitheater which could seat 7,000. Journey to Amman and enjoy a free evening. Dinner at Indian restaurant. An overnight stay at hotel.

Day 10

PETRA - AMMAN, LOCAL SIGHTSEEING

After breakfast, join a morning tour of this capital city, discover fascinating contrasts – a unique blend of old and new, ideally situated on a hilly area between the desert and the fertile Jordan Valley. See the Citadel, the Roman Theater and a view of the residential areas. Visit Mt. Nebo, a holy site where Moses was buried, and Madaba to view the 6th-century mosaic map in St. George’s Church. This evening join your Tour Manager and fellow travelers for a farewell dinner. Dinner at Indian restaurant. An overnight stay at hotel.

Day 11

DEPARTURE FROM AMMAN

Breakfast at hotel. Today will be an early morning as you transfer to the Amman airport and return home filled with memories of life enriching experiences in Israel and Jordan.

Travel Documents

Original passport with minimum 6 months validity from the date of tour arrival along with sufficient blank pages for the stamping of visa.

Visa :

Israel visa required for Indian passport holder. You need to obtain sticker visa from embassy before your travel to Israel.
Jordan visa required for Indian passport holder. You need to obtain sticker visa from embassy before your travel to Jordan.

Payment Terms

Payments can be made by Cheque, Demand Draft, NEFT, RTGS or IMPS. Cheque/Demand Draft should be in favor of "VM HOLIDAYS AND HOSPITALITY LLP".
You can also book your package online with Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking.

Cancellation Policy

If the Guest decides to cancel the tour for any reason whatsoever then s/he shall give a written application to the Company within specified time limit along with original receipt issued by the Company. Such cancellation will attract cancellation charges stated here under.
Cancellation charges will be calculated on gross tour cost and the cancellation charges shall depend on date of departure and date of cancellation.
Cancellation charges for any type of transport ticket are applicable as per the rules of the concerned authority.
Air tickets issued on special fares are NON REFUNDABLE and Guest shall bear cancellation charges.
Any refund payable to the Guest will be paid after the Company receives refund from the respective authorities. The Company deducts processing charges from the refund to be paid to the Guest.

From 15-07 Days : 75%

Refund Policy :

Refund Process time is 21 working days for any normal cancellation. You will get refund by Bank transfer only.

Note : For any natural disaster or Government Travel Ban, you will get refund as per supplier / hotel / airline policy. If they provide credit note than you will get credit note as per their terms & conditions. We are not responsible for any cash/Bank transfer refunds for it.

The above price is per person basis. High Season Surcharges are applicable; rates are not valid for long weekends and public holidays.
Child up to 4 yrs is Complimentary, Adult: 12 years and above.
Personal identification is mandatory to carry on tour for Air Travel, Hotels for security reason like: election card, Driving Licence, Passport.
All rates are valid for Indian national only.
The above given prices are subject to change without prior notice.
The quotation is based on Standard room of individual hotel, however if unavailable then the upgrading cost to be borne by the guest.
Hotel check in is 1400 hrs and checkout would be 1000 hrs. Early check in and late check out subject to availability.
If the above hotels are not available similar category hotels are used as hotel rooms are subject to availability.Hotels may provide room heater at an additional price on direct payment basis.
Meals provided at the hotel (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner) are based on a set menu.
Anything other than the set menu will be charged extra.
Driver is NOT A GUIDE; he will take you to the sightseeing’s mentioned in the itinerary. You will have to explore the place of visit on your own.
Vehicle will be not at disposal. If guest wish to go for additional sightseeing extra charges will be applicable.
Itinerary is subject to change.The above mentioned cost is not valid during National Holidays, festive season/long weekends, Christmas & New year.

Special Notes

Airlines/Room up-gradation and complimentary will not be entertained during the tour unless if specified at the time of booking.
There is no refund for any services not utilized during the tour.
Security deposit is required either in cash or credit card by hotels which is refundable provided no room incidentals are incurred. This security deposit is not included in this quote and must be paid by the guests/corporate directly to the hotel when checking in.
Guests are advised not to keep valuables in the coach/vehicle while sightseeing.
The Company shall not be responsible for loss of valuables from the coach / vehicle . If the coach / vehicle is accidentally or otherwise damaged by the Guest, s/he will be required to pay compensation for the same.
