Day 01

ARRIVAL IN SANTIAGO, CHILE

Arrive in Santiago, the cosmopolitan capital of Chile. The gateway to the magnificent Andes mountain range, Santiago sits between impressive peaks and the Pacific Ocean. Your tour guide will greet you upon arrival and escort you to your hotel. After a short rest, explore this vibrant and beautiful city on a tour. Visit the historic district, the modern center and Santa Lucia Hill for a panoramic view of the metropolis. Dinner at restaurant. An overnight stay at hotel.

Day 02

CASABLANCA VALLEY

Today after breakfast, Discover the Casablanca Valley today. The region’s fertile soils and ideal climatic conditions for cultivating wine grapes have made it famous for producing some of Chile's most exquisite wines. Casablanca is renowned for its white wines in particular and is the main producer of Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc in the country. Visit three vineyards to learn about the cultivation, harvesting and processing of grapes and taste a variety of vintages made from French and German grapes. Dinner at restaurant. An overnight stay at hotel.

Day 03

VALPARAISO & VINA DEL MAR

Today after breakfast, Depart Santiago and travel 120 km towards the coast to Valparaiso, a charming UNESCO World Heritage Site. This bohemian city boasts bright, colorful houses nestled in the hills, spacious green parks, historical monuments, arresting public murals and bustling bars and restaurants. Meander through the many public squares and head to the top of the hills to appreciate a picturesque view of the sparkling Pacific Ocean and the city below. Continue to Viña del Mar, also known as the Garden City and famous for its casinos, historic palaces and beaches. After lunch, admire the most significant landmark in the town, the Flower Clock, and spend some time relaxing on the beach. Return to your hotel in Santiago in the afternoon. Dinner at restaurant. Day 04

PUERTO VARAS - CHILE'S LAKE DISTRICT

Today after breakfast, Embark on an adventure to the breathtakingly beautiful Lake District this morning. Transfer to the Santiago airport and board a flight to Puerto Montt. Meet your guide and travel 20kms north to arrive at Puerto Varas, a quaint and cozy German town idyllically located on the shores of Llanquihue Lake. Check into your hotel and spend your first night in the enchanting ambiance of northern Patagonia. Dinner at restaurant. An overnight stay at hotel.

Day 05

PUERTO VARAS TO PEULLA LAKE CROSSING

Today after breakfast, enjoy a scenic drive along the shores of Llanquihue Lake. Be amazed at the sight of the majestic Calbuco Volcano to the south and the Osorno Volcano to the north. As the tour continues, encounter the picturesque snow-capped Andes mountains, alpine lakes and green meadows. Stop at Petrohué Falls and gaze up at the cascading torrents of water. Board a catamaran and sail through Todos los Santos Lake beneath the shadow of the imposing Puntiagudo Volcano before arriving at Peulla, a small town located on the shores of the lake. Day 06

PEULLA TO BARILOCHE LAKE CROSSING, REST IN BARILOCHE

Today after breakfast, Say goodbye to Chile today and cross the border into Argentina. Travel to Puerto Frías on the banks of Frías Lake. Journey by coach and boat from Puerto Blest to Puerto Panuelo and sail along the Nahuel Huapi Lake to arrive in Bariloche. The capital of Argentina's Lake District, Bariloche is also a popular ski resort. Dinner at restaurant. An overnight stay at hotel.

Day 07

SAN MARTIN DE LOS ANDES & THE SEVEN LAKES DISTRICT

Today after breakfast, travel through a landscape of contrasting scenery before embarking on a zigzag ascent to reach Cordoba Pass. Upon arrival in San Martin de los Andes, enjoy a guided city tour in this charming Patagonian town. Later, enjoy the relaxing Seven Lakes Route in Argentina’s Lake District. This classic tour features a visit to the charming rural towns of Bariloche, Villa La Angostura and San Martin de los Andes. In comfortable Bariloche weather, appreciate the vibrant, green mountains and the smooth lakes. After the tour, return to the hotel in Bariloche Argentina for the rest of the evening. Day 08

SMALL CIRCUIT & PANORAMIC VIEWS

Today after breakfast, take a traditional tour in Bariloche and be enchanted by its captivating landscapes. Travel along the city’s west side adjacent to Nahuel Huapi Lake, and arrive at the foot of Campanario Hill. Ride a chairlift to the summit and enjoy a clear view of the snow-capped mountains, islands and expansive lakes. To the south, admire the luxurious Llao Llao Hotel located between Lopez and Capilla Hills. Delight in the sight of the gorgeous Llao Llao Peninsula and its neighboring lakes and then make your way back to Bariloche, pausing to admire Lopez Lake and the Trebol Lagoon. Return to Bariloche and afterward, check out of your hotel and transfer to the airport to board a flight to Buenos Aires, the culturally eclectic capital of Argentina. Dinner at restaurant. Day 09

BUENOS AIRES CITY TOUR

Today after breakfast, Explore the Argentine capital and bask in its incredible diversity on a half-day city tour. Head downtown to discover the impressive Obelisk monument and the traditional but lively southern barrios of La Boca and San Telmo, renowned as the centers of tango culture. Experience the contrast of the aristocratic Recoleta barrio and the trendy neighborhood of Palermo in the north. Wander along the waterfront at the modern and romantic Puerto Madero, the renovated harbor area. In the evening, get a taste of authentic Argentine culture and enjoy the drama and skill displayed by professional dancers at a tango show. Dinner at restaurant. An overnight stay at hotel.

Day 10

DEPART FROM BUENOS AIRES

Today after breakfast, Transfer to the international airport in Buenos Aires to fly back home or continue your adventures in South America.

Travel Documents

Original passport with minimum 6 months validity from the date of tour arrival along with sufficient blank pages for the stamping of visa.

Visa :

Argentine visa required for Indian passport holder. You need to obtain sticker visa from embassy before your travel to Argentina.
Chile visa required for Indian passport holder. You need to obtain sticker visa from embassy before your travel to Chile.

Payment Terms

Payments can be made by Cheque, Demand Draft, NEFT, RTGS or IMPS. Cheque/Demand Draft should be in favor of "VM HOLIDAYS AND HOSPITALITY LLP".
You can also book your package online with Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking.

Cancellation Policy

If the Guest decides to cancel the tour for any reason whatsoever then s/he shall give a written application to the Company within specified time limit along with original receipt issued by the Company. Such cancellation will attract cancellation charges stated here under.
Cancellation charges will be calculated on gross tour cost and the cancellation charges shall depend on date of departure and date of cancellation.
Cancellation charges for any type of transport ticket are applicable as per the rules of the concerned authority.
Air tickets issued on special fares are NON REFUNDABLE and Guest shall bear cancellation charges.
Any refund payable to the Guest will be paid after the Company receives refund from the respective authorities. The Company deducts processing charges from the refund to be paid to the Guest.

From 30-22 Days : 25%
From 20-16 Days : 50%
From 15-07 Days : 75%
From 06-00 Days : 100%

Refund Policy :

Refund Process time is 21 working days for any normal cancellation. You will get refund by Bank transfer only.

Note : For any natural disaster or Government Travel Ban, you will get refund as per supplier / hotel / airline policy. If they provide credit note than you will get credit note as per their terms & conditions. We are not responsible for any cash/Bank transfer refunds for it.

The above price is per person basis. High Season Surcharges are applicable; rates are not valid for long weekends and public holidays.
Child up to 4 yrs is Complimentary, Adult: 12 years and above.
Personal identification is mandatory to carry on tour for Air Travel, Hotels for security reason like: election card, Driving Licence, Passport.
All rates are valid for Indian national only.
The above given prices are subject to change without prior notice.
The quotation is based on Standard room of individual hotel, however if unavailable then the upgrading cost to be borne by the guest.
Hotel check in is 1400 hrs and checkout would be 1000 hrs. Early check in and late check out subject to availability.
If the above hotels are not available similar category hotels are used as hotel rooms are subject to availability.Hotels may provide room heater at an additional price on direct payment basis.
Meals provided at the hotel (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner) are based on a set menu.
Anything other than the set menu will be charged extra.
Driver is NOT A GUIDE; he will take you to the sightseeing’s mentioned in the itinerary. You will have to explore the place of visit on your own.
Vehicle will be not at disposal. If guest wish to go for additional sightseeing extra charges will be applicable.
Itinerary is subject to change.The above mentioned cost is not valid during National Holidays, festive season/long weekends, Christmas & New year.

Special Notes

Airlines/Room up-gradation and complimentary will not be entertained during the tour unless if specified at the time of booking.
There is no refund for any services not utilized during the tour.
Security deposit is required either in cash or credit card by hotels which is refundable provided no room incidentals are incurred. This security deposit is not included in this quote and must be paid by the guests/corporate directly to the hotel when checking in.
Guests are advised not to keep valuables in the coach/vehicle while sightseeing.
The Company shall not be responsible for loss of valuables from the coach / vehicle . If the coach / vehicle is accidentally or otherwise damaged by the Guest, s/he will be required to pay compensation for the same.
