Overview

Day 01

ARRIVE IN BUENOS AIRES

Arrive in Buenos Aires, Argentina's capital city on the banks of the Rio de la Plata. Buenos Aires is known as the Tango Capital of the World, and also as the Paris of South America. During your stay, you'll soon learn why this bustling metropolis has earned such nicknames. At the Buenos Aires International Airport (EZE), your guide and driver will greet you and take you to the 5* Hotel Abasto Plaza Buenos Aires, located in the Abasto neighborhood in downtown. The hotel was the first to have a tango theme, and has retained the elegant, old world charm of the city. Spend the evening at your leisure. Dinner at restaurant. An overnight stay at hotel.

Day 02

BUENOS AIRES CITY TOUR

After breakfast in the hotel, enjoy a 3 hour Buenos Aires city tour, hitting many of the highlights. Your guide will take you to the 9 de Julio Avenue, the widest street in the world, and visit the Obelisk, which stands in the center. Also visit the Colon Theater, the Embassy of France, the financial district, the Plaza de Mayo, the Plaza San Martín, and the colorful neighborhoods of La Boca, San Telmo and Montserrat, Recoleta, and Palermo. Finally, visit Puerto Madero, Buenos Aires' port and waterfront, which is now graces with luxurious skyscrapers, a yacht club, a variety of first-class restaurants, and the cantilever Woman`s Bridge. Spend the rest of the day at your leisure. Dinner at restaurant. An overnight stay at hotel.

Day 03

BUENOS AIRES - IGUAZU FALLS (BRAZILIAN SIDE FALLS)

After the morning breakfast you will proceed to the airport for your flight to Iguazu Falls. Arrival must be before 1200 Hrs. After reaching you will depart to Iguassu Falls which is 24 kilometres far from downtown Foz do Iguaçu. Arrival will be at the Visitors Center, at the opening of the Iguassu National Park, about 10 kilometres from the city center.

Through a paved road you will reach to wonderful Iguassu Falls. Here you will continue by walking tour along the boardwalk and simple hiking. Along this straightforward trek, there are numerous attractive panoramic views of the fall and at the end of the walk you will get a fantastic close-up view of the Devils’ Throat and main waterfalls.

To visit the Devil’s Throat, you have to embark the train at the Main Station or at the Cataratas Station, close to the Upper Circuit. For those who adore trekking there is the one-kilometer-long Sendero Verde (Green Trail) that joins the Visitors Center to the Cataratas Station and to the Upper Circuit. Dinner at restaurant. An overnight stay at hotel.

Day 04

IGUAZU FALLS (ARGENTINE SIDE FALLS)

After the morning breakfast you will proceed to a tremendous experience wait for you to discover this natural marvel of the world. More than 200,000 year old falls span across the edge of Argentina, Brazil and Paraguay.

You will travel outside the town of Iguassu to the national park where you will enjoy the day discovering the falls and learning about the history and traditions. You will be escorted all over the tour but you will get free time for leisure to enjoy the nature and falls at your own pace. Dinner at restaurant. An overnight stay at hotel.

Day 05

IGUAZU FALLS - EL CALAFATE

After the morning breakfast you will get transfers to the airport for your flight to El Calafate. On arrival you will get the transfers to your hotel. Rest of the day will be free for your leisure. Dinner at restaurant. An overnight stay at hotel.

Day 06

PERITO MORENO GLACIER TOUR

After the morning breakfast you will be picked by the tour guide at your hotel for a full day tour of the Perito Moreno Glacier. Enroute to the park they will explain you about the significance of the glacier and contribute to interesting informations and facts about the park and Perito Moreno. Your first stop will be there so that through walkways to take views of the glacier from near of it. After that you will continue in the bus to have the amazing views and natural beauty of the park. Dinner at restaurant. An overnight stay at hotel.

Day 07

DEPARTURE

After having the breakfast, according to your flight timings get the transfers towards the Airport. And you will take the happiest moments and its memories with you and also fantastic stories about your amazing trip to share with your relatives and friends.

Travel Documents

Original passport with minimum 6 months validity from the date of tour arrival along with sufficient blank pages for the stamping of visa.

Visa :

Argentine visa required for Indian passport holder. You need to obtain sticker visa from embassy before your travel to Argentine.

Payment Terms

Payments can be made by Cheque, Demand Draft, NEFT, RTGS or IMPS. Cheque/Demand Draft should be in favor of "VM HOLIDAYS AND HOSPITALITY LLP".
You can also book your package online with Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking.

Cancellation Policy

If the Guest decides to cancel the tour for any reason whatsoever then s/he shall give a written application to the Company within specified time limit along with original receipt issued by the Company. Such cancellation will attract cancellation charges stated here under.
Cancellation charges will be calculated on gross tour cost and the cancellation charges shall depend on date of departure and date of cancellation.
Cancellation charges for any type of transport ticket are applicable as per the rules of the concerned authority.
Air tickets issued on special fares are NON REFUNDABLE and Guest shall bear cancellation charges.
Any refund payable to the Guest will be paid after the Company receives refund from the respective authorities. The Company deducts processing charges from the refund to be paid to the Guest.

From 30-22 Days : 25%
From 20-16 Days : 50%
From 15-07 Days : 75%
From 06-00 Days : 100%

Refund Policy :

Refund Process time is 21 working days for any normal cancellation. You will get refund by Bank transfer only.

Note : For any natural disaster or Government Travel Ban, you will get refund as per supplier / hotel / airline policy. If they provide credit note than you will get credit note as per their terms & conditions. We are not responsible for any cash/Bank transfer refunds for it.

Booking Tnc

The above price is per person basis. High Season Surcharges are applicable; rates are not valid for long weekends and public holidays.
Child up to 4 yrs is Complimentary, Adult: 12 years and above.
Personal identification is mandatory to carry on tour for Air Travel, Hotels for security reason like: election card, Driving Licence, Passport.
All rates are valid for Indian national only.
The above given prices are subject to change without prior notice.
The quotation is based on Standard room of individual hotel, however if unavailable then the upgrading cost to be borne by the guest.
Hotel check in is 1400 hrs and checkout would be 1000 hrs. Early check in and late check out subject to availability.
If the above hotels are not available similar category hotels are used as hotel rooms are subject to availability.Hotels may provide room heater at an additional price on direct payment basis.
Meals provided at the hotel (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner) are based on a set menu.
Anything other than the set menu will be charged extra.
Driver is NOT A GUIDE; he will take you to the sightseeing’s mentioned in the itinerary. You will have to explore the place of visit on your own.
Vehicle will be not at disposal. If guest wish to go for additional sightseeing extra charges will be applicable.
Itinerary is subject to change.The above mentioned cost is not valid during National Holidays, festive season/long weekends, Christmas & New year.

Special Notes

Airlines/Room up-gradation and complimentary will not be entertained during the tour unless if specified at the time of booking.
There is no refund for any services not utilized during the tour.
Security deposit is required either in cash or credit card by hotels which is refundable provided no room incidentals are incurred. This security deposit is not included in this quote and must be paid by the guests/corporate directly to the hotel when checking in.
Guests are advised not to keep valuables in the coach/vehicle while sightseeing.
The Company shall not be responsible for loss of valuables from the coach / vehicle . If the coach / vehicle is accidentally or otherwise damaged by the Guest, s/he will be required to pay compensation for the same.
