Join this cruise beyond the Yasawa Islands to explore some of Fiji's lesser-visited islands. This well-planned itinerary combines time ashore discovering natural wonders and delving into Fijian culture and colonial history, with plenty of time cruising the azure waters and making use of the excellent onboard facilities. Swim in the Bouma Waterfall lagoon on the garden island of Taveuni and stand on the 180th Meridian – the arbitrary Dateline between today and tomorrow. Our journey takes you to Savusavu's extinct volcanic crater, hot springs, and thriving markets. Tour Plan

Day 01

ARRIVE AT FIJI, CRUISE DEPART FROM PORT DENARAU MARINA TO TIVUA ISLAND

Upon your arrival, meet our representative and get transferred to cruise terminal. Board the ship and enjoy a complimentary fruit punch and welcome salusalu (lei) before setting sail. This afternoon visit Captain Cook Cruises' own exclusive island "Tivua" where you can enjoy a twilight swim, snorkel or relax on the beach. Tonight enjoy our special Welcome Dinner and crew entertainment. All meals included onboard.

Day 02

LEVUKA, OLD CAPITAL

This morning we arrive at the port of Levuka on the island of Ovalau, situated off the northeast coast of the main island. Levuka was the first European settlement in Fiji and became the centre of British colonial administration and trade. Now World Heritage listed, at its peak over 50 hotels catered to the thirst of sailors in port and the town gained a wild reputation. In 1888 the capital was moved to Suva on the main island, and Levuka's notoriety gradually waned. Passengers are invited to join an optional tour of this now quiet historic town with its stately backdrop of 19th Century colonial architecture and waterfront promenades. In the afternoon we visit the children of Marist Convent Primary School. All meals included onboard.

Day 03

MAKOGAI, CALM RESEARCH & OLD LEPER COLONY

Start your day at Makogai Island with a traditional Fijian ceremony before joining the one hour walking tour of Makogai leper colony and nursery, home to giant clams and turtles. In the afternoon return to the island visiting the primary school where the children will entertain you with their song and dance. All meals included onboard.

Day 04

SAVUSAVA, HOT SPRINGS & PEARL FARM

This morning we arrive at Savusavu, the second town on the second biggest island in Fiji, Vanua Levu. Savusavu is positioned on an extinct volcanic crater. Choose from a selection of optional tours including a visit to the hot water springs, pearl farm and markets. Later this afternoon we cruise to a swimming beach in Savusavu Bay. All meals included onboard.

Day 05

BOUMA WATERFALL - NASELESELE VILLAGE

This morning we disembark on the western side of Taveuni Island - the "Garden Island" of Fiji. The optional bus tour takes you to the beautiful Bouma Waterfall where you can swim and relax in the beautiful setting. Afterwards, visit the local handicraft markets at Naselesele Village. Tonight enjoy the tastes of Fiji with a traditional 'lovo" (earth oven) feast where we share fresh local seafood, meat and succulent tropical fruits. Then dance to the drum of the meke (dance) and enjoy a formal kava ceremony. All meals included onboard.

Day 06

WAIRIKI, DATELINE & WHISPERING TIDE

For an experience not to be missed, join the special choral church service at Wairiki on the western side of Taveuni. Taveuni Island lies on the 180th Meridian, the arbitrary line between today and tomorrow. After the service our crew will take you to the famous Dateline Meridian where you can literally stand with one foot in the past and one foot in the future. In the afternoon enjoy a visit to Whispering Tide for swimming and snorkeling before our scenic cruise along the south west coast of Vanua Levu navigating Bligh Water. All meals included onboard.

Day 07

NANAU-I-RA, VITI LEVU BAY, NORTH COAST OF VITI LEVU

Cruising south west from Vanua Levu we arrive at Nananu-i-ra on the northern coast of Viti Levu for our customary swim, snorkel and beachcombing adventure. Experience either a lazy morning on the beach or an energetic hike on the mountain. After lunch there is a last opportunity ashore before we begin our homeward journey. This evening don your sulu (sarong) and join in the celebrations of the Pacific Island Night Finale. Pre-dinner cocktails and appetisers are served in the Ra Marama Lounge before our gala farewell dinner featuring the music and dance of the South Pacific. All meals included onboard.

Day 08

RETURN TO PORT DENARAU, DEPARTURE

Return to Nadi on Viti Levu. Disembark from cruise and transfer to the airport to board your flight back to India. Return home with pleasant memories of your tour.

Travel Documents

Original passport with minimum 6 months validity from the date of tour arrival along with sufficient blank pages for the stamping of visa

Visa :

Fiji tourist visa is not required for citizens of India for a stay up to 120 days.

Payment Terms

Payments can be made by Cheque, Demand Draft, NEFT, RTGS or IMPS. Cheque/Demand Draft should be in favor of "VM HOLIDAYS AND HOSPITALITY LLP".

Cancellation Policy

If the Guest decides to cancel the tour for any reason whatsoever then s/he shall give a written application to the Company within specified time limit along with original receipt issued by the Company. Such cancellation will attract cancellation charges stated here under.
Cancellation charges will be calculated on gross tour cost and the cancellation charges shall depend on date of departure and date of cancellation.
Cancellation charges for any type of transport ticket are applicable as per the rules of the concerned authority.
Air tickets issued on special fares are NON REFUNDABLE and Guest shall bear cancellation charges.
Any refund payable to the Guest will be paid after the Company receives refund from the respective authorities. The Company deducts processing charges from the refund to be paid to the Guest.

From 15-07 Days : 75%
From 06-00 Days : 100%

Refund Policy :

Refund Process time is 21 working days for any normal cancellation. You will get refund by Bank transfer only.

Note : For any natural disaster or Government Travel Ban, you will get refund as per supplier / hotel / airline policy. If they provide credit note than you will get credit note as per their terms & conditions. We are not responsible for any cash/Bank transfer refunds for it.

The above price is per person basis. High Season Surcharges are applicable; rates are not valid for long weekends and public holidays.
Child up to 4 yrs is Complimentary, Adult: 12 years and above.
Personal identification is mandatory to carry on tour for Air Travel, Hotels for security reason like: election card, Driving Licence, Passport.
All rates are valid for Indian national only.
The above given prices are subject to change without prior notice.
The quotation is based on Standard room of individual hotel, however if unavailable then the upgrading cost to be borne by the guest.
Hotel check in is 1400 hrs and checkout would be 1000 hrs. Early check in and late check out subject to availability.
If the above hotels are not available similar category hotels are used as hotel rooms are subject to availability.Hotels may provide room heater at an additional price on direct payment basis.
Meals provided at the hotel (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner) are based on a set menu.
Anything other than the set menu will be charged extra.
Driver is NOT A GUIDE; he will take you to the sightseeing’s mentioned in the itinerary. You will have to explore the place of visit on your own.
Vehicle will be not at disposal. If guest wish to go for additional sightseeing extra charges will be applicable.
Itinerary is subject to change.The above mentioned cost is not valid during National Holidays, festive season/long weekends, Christmas & New year.

Special Notes

Airlines/Room up-gradation and complimentary will not be entertained during the tour unless if specified at the time of booking.
There is no refund for any services not utilized during the tour.
Security deposit is required either in cash or credit card by hotels which is refundable provided no room incidentals are incurred. This security deposit is not included in this quote and must be paid by the guests/corporate directly to the hotel when checking in.
Guests are advised not to keep valuables in the coach/vehicle while sightseeing.
The Company shall not be responsible for loss of valuables from the coach / vehicle . If the coach / vehicle is accidentally or otherwise damaged by the Guest, s/he will be required to pay compensation for the same.
