Tanzania sits on the east coast of Africa with a long coastline on the Indian Ocean and the Zanzibar Archipelago ofUnguja, Pemba, Mafia, and numerous other tropical islands, her main tourist attractions are the wildlife infested national parks clustered into two groups: the Northern Circuit (Arusha, Kilimanjaro, Tarangire, Manyara, Ngorongoro, and Serengeti, as well as many other Wildlife Management Area, designates) and the Southern Circuit (Selous, Ruaha, Mikumi, Mahale and Ngombe Stream national parks and other Wildlife Management Area designates). But the country is also famous for adventure tourism including mountain climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro and Mt. Meru (the second tallest) as well as beach and leisure holidays in Zanzibar, Pemba, Mafia, and Dar es Salaam. Tour Plan

Day 01

ARRIVAL, TRANSFER TO LAKE MANYARA

Known to be the safari capital of Tanzania, Arusha is the hub to eat, enjoy and spend the best leisure moment during the tour. The Arusha airport is your arriving point from where the tour starts with your transfer to the Lake Manyara.

The journey to National Park will take you across the magnificent view of Mount Meru, the virgin scenery and later the picturesque backdrop of the region. Exploring the serene of Tarangire, your journey will end at Lake Manyara.

The low-lying hills and the vegetation together make the region a scenic spot for a stopover. For the day, enjoy the leisure stay and the tempting meal at your reserved lodge.

Day 02

TOUR TO SERENGETI

An early morning view enclosed around the bio diverse region is the best to start the day. Pack yourself well with the breakfast before proceeding for the tour to Serengeti starts. On your way, visit the Olduvai Gorge that is named as “The Cradle of Mankind”. This archaeological site preserves the fossils of human existence since the early east African civilization.

The picturesque drive to Serengeti is bliss to enjoy, en-routing the Wildebeest Migration Safari with the wild green terrains and the beauty of rolling hills.

Energize yourself with a delicious lunch and a break at your booked lodge at Serengeti and enjoy the leisure around the scenic site. The night tour at Serengeti is about the slow walks around the Bush garden trails to encounter the predators dwelling near the region. You have the chance to closely spot the exotic wild as observe zebras, rhinos and antelope as well. The day ends at the lodge where you will be served with the tempting meal.

Day 03

THE GAME DRIVE AT SERENGETI

The morning is really going to be adventurous and exciting with the morning drive followed by the balloon ride. The aerial view of the entire park and the sunrise will be a captivating sight to witness the real beauty of nature.

Once you drive along Sogore River, you can spot the wild population of Thomson gazelle, cheetah or Lion as well. Make your way back to the lodge for morning leisure followed by the tempting breakfast and lunch.

Moving for the afternoon safari tour, there is a vast wildlife that can be explored during the hours. Conserving the diverse wildlife, the vast savanna and the natural habitat, the national park features the incredible view of Seronera River that acts as a major lifeline there. Make your way back to the lodge when the afternoon tour ends to enjoy the warm dinner and a comfy night stay.

Day 04

THE NGORONGORO TOUR

The morning blush with the serene beauty is an ideal kick that can start your leisure morning at Serengeti. Once you are done with the breakfast, you are free to head out for a tour of Ngorongoro.

The beautiful panorama enclosing the entire region of Ngorongoro will offer a perfect leisure before you can plan your day. A short tour to the Masai Bomas, a long walk around nature or a safari tour can be your option for the day. The evening is again for your leisure where you can sit back, relax and enjoy the ambiance of the surroundings.

Day 05

DEPARTURE FROM ARUSHA

Amidst nature, you have the morning to enjoy the breakfast and later moving for a half day tour inside the carter. Ending up the half day tour, get back to the Arusha airport from where you can board the flight for the upcoming destination.

Travel Documents

Original passport with minimum 6 months validity from the date of tour arrival along with sufficient blank pages for the stamping of visa

Visa :

Tanzania E-Visa is available for Indian passport holder. You need to obtain E-visa before your travel to Tanzania.

Payment Terms

Payments can be made by Cheque, Demand Draft, NEFT, RTGS or IMPS. Cheque/Demand Draft should be in favor of "VM HOLIDAYS AND HOSPITALITY LLP".
You can also book your package online with Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking.

Cancellation Policy

If the Guest decides to cancel the tour for any reason whatsoever then s/he shall give a written application to the Company within specified time limit along with original receipt issued by the Company. Such cancellation will attract cancellation charges stated here under.
Cancellation charges will be calculated on gross tour cost and the cancellation charges shall depend on date of departure and date of cancellation.
Cancellation charges for any type of transport ticket are applicable as per the rules of the concerned authority.
Air tickets issued on special fares are NON REFUNDABLE and Guest shall bear cancellation charges.
Any refund payable to the Guest will be paid after the Company receives refund from the respective authorities. The Company deducts processing charges from the refund to be paid to the Guest.

From 30-22 Days : 25%
From 20-16 Days : 50%
From 15-07 Days : 75%
From 06-00 Days : 100%

Refund Policy :

Refund Process time is 21 working days for any normal cancellation. You will get refund by Bank transfer only.

Note : For any natural disaster or Government Travel Ban, you will get refund as per supplier / hotel / airline policy. If they provide credit note than you will get credit note as per their terms & conditions. We are not responsible for any cash/Bank transfer refunds for it.

Booking Tnc

The above price is per person basis. High Season Surcharges are applicable; rates are not valid for long weekends and public holidays.
Child up to 4 yrs is Complimentary, Adult: 12 years and above.
Personal identification is mandatory to carry on tour for Air Travel, Hotels for security reason like: election card, Driving Licence, Passport.
All rates are valid for Indian national only.
The above given prices are subject to change without prior notice.
The quotation is based on Standard room of individual hotel, however if unavailable then the upgrading cost to be borne by the guest.
Hotel check in is 1400 hrs and checkout would be 1000 hrs. Early check in and late check out subject to availability.
If the above hotels are not available similar category hotels are used as hotel rooms are subject to availability.Hotels may provide room heater at an additional price on direct payment basis.
Meals provided at the hotel (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner) are based on a set menu.
Anything other than the set menu will be charged extra.
Driver is NOT A GUIDE; he will take you to the sightseeing’s mentioned in the itinerary. You will have to explore the place of visit on your own.
Vehicle will be not at disposal. If guest wish to go for additional sightseeing extra charges will be applicable.
Itinerary is subject to change.The above mentioned cost is not valid during National Holidays, festive season/long weekends, Christmas & New year.

Special Notes

Airlines/Room up-gradation and complimentary will not be entertained during the tour unless if specified at the time of booking.
There is no refund for any services not utilized during the tour.
Security deposit is required either in cash or credit card by hotels which is refundable provided no room incidentals are incurred. This security deposit is not included in this quote and must be paid by the guests/corporate directly to the hotel when checking in.
Guests are advised not to keep valuables in the coach/vehicle while sightseeing.
The Company shall not be responsible for loss of valuables from the coach / vehicle . If the coach / vehicle is accidentally or otherwise damaged by the Guest, s/he will be required to pay compensation for the same.
