Tour Plan

Day 01

ARRIVAL AT TBILISI

After arrival at Tbilsi International Airport, meet our representative and transfered to your city centre hotel,Later we start our tour by first visiting Metekhi church and then drive by cable car to Narikala Fortress, survey the statue of "Mother of Kartli"; walk down to Sulfur Bath urban and visit the Mosque, Synagogue, the "Bridge of Peace". We also Visit Mtatsimnda Park and finally we depart for the hotel and check-in late.Overnight in Tbilisi.

Day 02

EXCURSION TO MTSKHETA

We start our Breakfast at the hotel and proceed to Drive to Mtskheta which is the ancient capital of Georgia and visit Jvari Monastery, which means Monastery of the Cross. According to traditional accounts, on this location in the early 4th century Saint Nino, erected a large wooden cross on the site of a pagan temple. Proceed to Borjomi Resort. Ride by cable car to the top of the mountain to enjoy a splendid view over the Borjomi Gorge.,late evening we Transfer to Tbilisi.Overnight in Tbilisi.

Day 03

DAY TRIP TO CAUCASUS MOUNTAINS

Start your day early after breakfast, preferably around 7 AM, to make the most of your time in the Caucasus mountains. The journey from Tbilisi to Kazbegi takes approximately 3-4 hours by car. One of the most popular destinations in the Caucasus region is the Kazbegi National Park, and the town of Stepantsminda (formerly Kazbegi) is often the focal point for visitors.

Day 04

EXCURSION TO KAKHETI REGION

Have breakfast at the hotel. Start your Kakheti Excursion with a prompt pick up from your hotel or pre-agreed spot in Tbilisi. As you approach the destination, make your first halt at the venerated Bodbe Monastery, which enshrines the tomb of the 4th century apostle, St. Nino. After admiring its tranquil ambience, you’ll take a short drive from here to Sighnaghi whose prime attraction is the five-kilometer-long Sighnaghi Great Wall, erected during the 18th century. As part of this tour, you’ll also get the chance to sample authentic Georgian wine sourced using traditional techniques. You’ll be dropped back to your hotel.Overnight in Tbilisi.

Day 05

EXCURSION TO UPLISTSIKHE & BORJOMI MOUNTAIN RESORT

Start your day early, around 8 AM after breakfast, for a full day of exploration to Uplistsikhe, an ancient rock-hewn town, is located approximately 85 kilometers west of Tbilisi. The journey takes around 1.5 to 2 hours by car. Spend a few hours exploring the fascinating archaeological site of Uplistsikhe. Highlights include rock-cut structures, tunnels, a pagan temple, and a complex urban layout. Enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. After lunch, continue your journey towards Borjomi, which is approximately 75 kilometers from Gori. The drive takes around 1.5 to 2 hours. Upon reaching Borjomi, visit the Borjomi Central Park. Enjoy a leisurely stroll in the park, known for its beautiful landscapes, walking paths, and mineral water springs. Don't miss the iconic Borjomi Spring, where you can taste the natural mineral water.

Day 06

DEPARTURE FROM TBILISI

After breakfast, enjoy rest of your day for shopping and extra activities. In afternoon, our representative will transfer you to Tbilisi International Airport for your further journey. Tour ends with some beautiful memories of Georgia.

Payments can be made by Cheque, Demand Draft, NEFT, RTGS or IMPS. Cheque/Demand Draft should be in favor of "Getaway Voyages DMC Private Limited".

Cancellation Policy

If the Guest decides to cancel the tour for any reason whatsoever then s/he shall give a written application to the Company within specified time limit along with original receipt issued by the Company. Such cancellation will attract cancellation charges stated here under.
Cancellation charges will be calculated on gross tour cost and the cancellation charges shall depend on date of departure and date of cancellation.
Cancellation charges for any type of transport ticket are applicable as per the rules of the concerned authority.
Air tickets issued on special fares are NON REFUNDABLE and Guest shall bear cancellation charges.
Any refund payable to the Guest will be paid after the Company receives refund from the respective authorities. The Company deducts processing charges from the refund to be paid to the Guest.

Refund Policy :
Refund Process time is 21 working days for any normal cancellation. You will get refund by Bank transfer only.
Note : For any natural disaster or Government Travel Ban, you will get refund as per supplier / hotel / airline policy. If they provide credit note than you will get credit note as per their terms & conditions. We are not responsible for any cash/Bank transfer refunds for it.

The above price is per person basis. High Season Surcharges are applicable; rates are not valid for long weekends and public holidays.
Child up to 5 yrs is Complimentary, 6 to 11 years is with Extra Bed & Seat, Adult: 12 years and above.
Airlines/Room up-gradation and complimentary will not be entertained during the tour unless if specified at the time of booking.
The quotation is based on Standard room of individual hotel, however if unavailable then the upgrading cost to be borne by the guest.
Hotel check in is 1400 hrs and checkout would be 1000 hrs. Early check in and late check out subject to availability.
If the above hotels are not available similar category hotels are used as hotel rooms are subject to availability.Hotels may provide room heater at an additional price on direct payment basis.
Meals provided at the hotel (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner) are based on a set menu.
Anything other than the set menu will be charged extra.
There is no refund for any services not utilized during the tour.
Security deposit is required either in cash or credit card by hotels which is refundable provided no room incidentals are incurred. This security deposit is not included in this quote and must be paid by the guests/corporate directly to the hotel when checking in.
Guests are advised not to keep valuables in the coach/vehicle while sightseeing.
The Company shall not be responsible for loss of valuables from the coach / vehicle . If the coach / vehicle is accidentally or otherwise damaged by the Guest, s/he will be required to pay compensation for the same.
Driver is NOT A GUIDE; he will take you to the sightseeing’s mentioned in the itinerary. You will have to explore the place of visit on your own.
Vehicle will be not at disposal. If guest wish to go for additional sightseeing extra charges will be applicable.
Itinerary is subject to change.The above mentioned cost is not valid during National Holidays, festive season/long weekends, Christmas & New year.
