Overview

Lakshadweep, One of world's most spectacular tropical island systems, is tucked away at 220-440 Kms off the Kerala Coast. The islands offer a precious heritage of ecology and culture. The unique feature of the Islands is its coral reef, making it a pristine leisure spot to come back to. 4200 sq. kms. of lagoon, rich in marine wealth, is spread over 36 islands in an area of 32 sq. kms. The underwater view at Lakshadweep is kaleidoscopic and breathtaking. The lagoon offers excellent potential for water sports like swimming, wind-surfing, diving, snorkeling and kayaking. No wonder, Lakshadweep is fast becoming India's one of its kind 'Adventure sport - Nature Tourism' location. Each island is fringed by snow white coral sands. The crystal clear water and the abundant marine life enhance the beauty of these islands. Against the vast expanse of the blue sea, the island look like emeralds. The huge shallow calm lagoon on one side with wall like reef made of marine live coral boulders blocks the incoming swells of the outer sea. The islands are linked to the mainland by:- ship, helicopter, Air India, mechanized sailing wooden vessels. The islands like Agatti and Bangaram can be reached by ship and air from Cochin. From Agatti, Kadmath and Kavaratti are linked by speed ferry. In all the islands, elaborate infrastructure is in place to meet the needs of tourist.

Tour Plan

Day 01

Arrive at Agatti, Agatti – Kadmat (By Speed Boat, 02 Hours)

Arrival at Agatti airport, you will be greeted by representative at the airport and transferred to by speed boat. Agatti is a 5.6 km long island blessed with aquatic diversity which includes turtles, coral growths and multi colored fishes. Being the gateway to Lakshadweep, Agatti is a small chain of islands.

On arrival at Kadmat Resort representative will receive you with welcome drink at the resort and proceed to the room, evening spend time on the beach. An overnight stay and dinner at hotel.

Day 02

Kadmat Island

Kadmat is a beautiful Island, located in the Arabian Sea. It is one of the largest islands in Lakshadweep. Kadmat is 8 Km long and 550 m wide at the broadest point. Surrounded on the eastern and western side by a reef lagoon, Kadmat is the ideal heaven of solitude. The most outstanding strength of Kadmat Island lies in its marine wealth. Surrounded by large lagoons on the eastern and western side of enchanted beauty, long and sandy beaches that makes the place one of the ideal tourist destinations in the region. The blue water lagoon is encircling the invaluable wealth of colourful corals, coral habitats, the reef banks, unspoilt virgin beaches, the sun and the moon! Kadmat is an underwater mountain summit where peace by their very nature enjoys one's solitude.

Enjoy water games with water sports center at Kadmat Island on direct payment. An overnight stay and dinner at hotel.

Day 03

Kadmat - Bangaram Island (By Speed Boat, 02 Hours)

After breakfast at Kadmat island beach resort. You will be transferred to Bangaram.

On arrival, you will be received with welcome drink and after that proceed to your cottage at Bangaram Island Beach Resort. Bangaram is an uninhabited island located at a distance of 12 km from the Agatti Island. Bangaram Island is also recommended for water sports like kayaking, snorkeling and scuba diving. It also has one of the two world class scuba diving schools in Lakshadweep. An overnight stay and dinner at hotel.

Day 04

Bangaram Island

Bangaram Island is an uninhabited island located at a distance of 12 km from the Agatti Island. Bangaram i Island is also recommended for water sports like kayaking, snorkeling and scuba diving. It also has one of the two world class scuba diving schools in Lakshadweep.

Bangaram Island, also known as Bunnagara, is an atoll which surrounds a lagoon formed by the Arabian Sea. The small island encompasses an area of 1.234 km sq filled with the many elements of natural beauty. Truly enchanting and mesmerizing beyond one can explain, Bangaram island is one of the least explored parts of the Lakshadweep islands. The lagoon enclosing Bangaram encircles two small islands- Thinnakara and Parali, which lie close to Bangaram. An overnight stay and dinner at hotel.

Day 05

Bangaram - Thinnakara Island (By Normal Boat, 20 mintues)

After Breakfast, check out from Bangaram Island and transferred to Thinnakara Island which takes approximately 15 minutes by normal boat, check in at Tent at Thinnakara island. Relax on beach and Overnight stay and dinner.

Day 06

Thinnakara Island

Thinnakara is an atoll in the Union Territory of Lakshadweep, India. Thinnakara is a tiny teardrop shaped island which lies 8 km northeast from Agatti airport. The island is just opposite side of Bangaram Island sharing the same lagoon. Thinnakara Island is uninhabited, clean, beautiful and is popular for its serene setting. The full day is to relax and enjoy the beach. An overnight stay and dinner at hotel.

Day 07

Thinnakara Island – Agatti (By Boat, 40 Minttes), Departure from Agatti

After breakfast you will be transferred to Agatti Airport (BY NORMAL BOAT) to catch flight for onward destination.

Payment Terms

Payments can be made by Cheque, Demand Draft, NEFT, RTGS or IMPS. Cheque/Demand Draft should be in favor of "VM HOLIDAYS AND HOSPITALITY LLP".

Cancellation Policy

If the Guest decides to cancel the tour for any reason whatsoever then s/he shall give a written application to the Company within specified time limit along with original receipt issued by the Company. Such cancellation will attract cancellation charges stated here under.
Cancellation charges will be calculated on gross tour cost and the cancellation charges shall depend on date of departure and date of cancellation.
Cancellation charges for any type of transport ticket are applicable as per the rules of the concerned authority.
Air tickets issued on special fares are NON REFUNDABLE and Guest shall bear cancellation charges.
Any refund payable to the Guest will be paid after the Company receives refund from the respective authorities. The Company deducts processing charges from the refund to be paid to the Guest.

From 30-22 Days : 25%
From 20-16 Days : 50%
From 15-07 Days : 75%
From 06-00 Days : 100%

Refund Policy :

Refund Process time is 21 working days for any normal cancellation. You will get refund by Bank transfer only.

Note : For any natural disaster or Government Travel Ban, you will get refund as per supplier / hotel / airline policy. If they provide credit note than you will get credit note as per their terms & conditions. We are not responsible for any cash/Bank transfer refunds for it.

The above price is per person basis. High Season Surcharges are applicable; rates are not valid for long weekends and public holidays.
Child up to 4 yrs is Complimentary, Adult: 12 years and above.
Personal identification is mandatory to carry on tour for Air Travel, Hotels for security reason like: election card, Driving Licence, Passport.
All rates are valid for Indian national only.
The above given prices are subject to change without prior notice.
The quotation is based on Standard room of individual hotel, however if unavailable then the upgrading cost to be borne by the guest.
Hotel check in is 1400 hrs and checkout would be 1000 hrs. Early check in and late check out subject to availability.
If the above hotels are not available similar category hotels are used as hotel rooms are subject to availability.Hotels may provide room heater at an additional price on direct payment basis.
Meals provided at the hotel (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner) are based on a set menu.
Anything other than the set menu will be charged extra.
Driver is NOT A GUIDE; he will take you to the sightseeing’s mentioned in the itinerary. You will have to explore the place of visit on your own.
Vehicle will be not at disposal. If guest wish to go for additional sightseeing extra charges will be applicable.
Itinerary is subject to change.The above mentioned cost is not valid during National Holidays, festive season/long weekends, Christmas & New year.

Special Notes

Airlines/Room up-gradation and complimentary will not be entertained during the tour unless if specified at the time of booking.
There is no refund for any services not utilized during the tour.
Security deposit is required either in cash or credit card by hotels which is refundable provided no room incidentals are incurred. This security deposit is not included in this quote and must be paid by the guests/corporate directly to the hotel when checking in.
Guests are advised not to keep valuables in the coach/vehicle while sightseeing.
The Company shall not be responsible for loss of valuables from the coach / vehicle . If the coach / vehicle is accidentally or otherwise damaged by the Guest, s/he will be required to pay compensation for the same.
