Tour Plan

Day 01

Arrival at Bhopal

On arrival at the Bhopal airport, meet our tour representative who will be there for your welcome. After a warm welcome at the airport, he will transfer you to your already booked hotel in Delhi. Check in at the hotel and enjoy a comfy overnight stay and dinner.

Day 02

Bhopal Sightseeing

Today after having delicious breakfast at the hotel, be ready to explore the delights of Bhopal. List of places that we include in local sightseeing tour of Bhopal comprise of Birla Temple, Bhopal Bharat Museum, Taj-UL-Masjid and Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Manav Sangrahalaya. After exploring these places of great interest, we will return back to the hotel for an overnight stay and dinner.

Day 03

Bhopal - Sanchi - Bhopal

After breakfast in the morning, we will leave for a day out at Sanchi and Bhimbetka. Sanchi is one of the popular pilgrimage destinations for Buddhists in India. At Sanchi, we will witness enormous stupas and museum that grab attention of tourists from around the world. Thereafter, we will head to Bhimbetka rock caves, which are acknowledged for its magnificent sketches and paintings dating back to the pre-historic times. Witnessing that ancient sketches and paintings will be indeed a pleasure as it will take you back to an old era that cannot be otherwise witnessed in today modern world. After exploring these two places we will return back to the hotel to relax and enjoy an overnight stay and dinner.

Day 04

Bhopal - Ujjain - Indore

Today, we will check out from the hotel in the morning after breakfast and head to Indore by road. En-route, we will stop in Ujjain and visit some of its famous temples such as Kaliadeh Palace, Bade Ganeshji Ka Mandir, Gopal Mandir, Kal Bhairava, Navagarha Mandir and Mahakaleshwar Temple and dip in the spritualtiy to get peace to our soul, mind and body. Thereafter, we will continue our journey to Indore. On arrival, check in at the hotel for a stress bursting overnight stay and dinner.

Day 05

Indore - Mandu

In the morning post breakfast, we will check out from our hotel in Indore and drive to Mandu. On reaching, check in at your already booked hotel in Mandu with the help of our tour representative who will be there to greet you. Thereafter, leave for the sightseeing tour of Mandu and explore some of its major attractions that are worth visiting. Some of the places we will be adding on to our day itinerary include Jahaz Mahal (Ship Palace), Hoshang's Tomb, the Rupmati's Pavilion, Ashrafi Mahal and Hindola Mahal (Swing Palace). Afterwards, we will head back to our hotel for an overnight stay and dinner.

Day 06

Mandu - Omkareshwar - Maheshwar

Today post breakfast in the morning, we will leave Mandu and drive to Maheshwar. En-route, we will stop for darshan of Omkareshwar Temple, a famous pilgrim center and house one of the 12 jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva. In Omkareshwar, we will be visiting the prominent Omkar Mandhata Temple. Afterwards, we will continue our journey to Maheshwar. Situated on the banks of Narmada river, Maheshwar is a renowned temple town that is visited by pilgrims from across the globe. It was the capital of the Malwa during the Maratha Holkar supremacy till 1818, when the capital was shifted by Malhar Rao Holkar III to Indore. On reaching Maheshwar, check in at the hotel. After fresh-n-up get ready to explore the amazing forts and temples of Maheshwar. An overnight stay and dinner at hotel.

Day 07

Maheshwar - Indore, Departure

On the last day of our tour, we will have breakfast in the morning and leave for Indore En-route, we will stop for Patalpani Waterfall. On reaching Indore, you will be directly transferred to the Indore airport / railway station to board the flight/train for onward destination.

Payment Terms

Payments can be made by Cheque, Demand Draft, NEFT, RTGS or IMPS. Cheque/Demand Draft should be in favor of "VM HOLIDAYS AND HOSPITALITY LLP".
You can also book your package online with Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking.

Cancellation Policy

If the Guest decides to cancel the tour for any reason whatsoever then s/he shall give a written application to the Company within specified time limit along with original receipt issued by the Company. Such cancellation will attract cancellation charges stated here under.
Cancellation charges will be calculated on gross tour cost and the cancellation charges shall depend on date of departure and date of cancellation.
Cancellation charges for any type of transport ticket are applicable as per the rules of the concerned authority.
Air tickets issued on special fares are NON REFUNDABLE and Guest shall bear cancellation charges.
Any refund payable to the Guest will be paid after the Company receives refund from the respective authorities. The Company deducts processing charges from the refund to be paid to the Guest.

From 15-07 Days : 75%

Refund Policy :

Refund Process time is 21 working days for any normal cancellation. You will get refund by Bank transfer only.

Note : For any natural disaster or Government Travel Ban, you will get refund as per supplier / hotel / airline policy. If they provide credit note than you will get credit note as per their terms & conditions. We are not responsible for any cash/Bank transfer refunds for it.

The above price is per person basis. High Season Surcharges are applicable; rates are not valid for long weekends and public holidays.
Child up to 4 yrs is Complimentary, Adult: 12 years and above.
Personal identification is mandatory to carry on tour for Air Travel, Hotels for security reason like: election card, Driving Licence, Passport.
All rates are valid for Indian national only.
The above given prices are subject to change without prior notice.
The quotation is based on Standard room of individual hotel, however if unavailable then the upgrading cost to be borne by the guest.
Hotel check in is 1400 hrs and checkout would be 1000 hrs. Early check in and late check out subject to availability.
If the above hotels are not available similar category hotels are used as hotel rooms are subject to availability.Hotels may provide room heater at an additional price on direct payment basis.
Meals provided at the hotel (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner) are based on a set menu.
Anything other than the set menu will be charged extra.
Driver is NOT A GUIDE; he will take you to the sightseeing’s mentioned in the itinerary. You will have to explore the place of visit on your own.
Vehicle will be not at disposal. If guest wish to go for additional sightseeing extra charges will be applicable.
Itinerary is subject to change.The above mentioned cost is not valid during National Holidays, festive season/long weekends, Christmas & New year.

Special Notes

Airlines/Room up-gradation and complimentary will not be entertained during the tour unless if specified at the time of booking.
There is no refund for any services not utilized during the tour.
Security deposit is required either in cash or credit card by hotels which is refundable provided no room incidentals are incurred. This security deposit is not included in this quote and must be paid by the guests/corporate directly to the hotel when checking in.
Guests are advised not to keep valuables in the coach/vehicle while sightseeing.
The Company shall not be responsible for loss of valuables from the coach / vehicle . If the coach / vehicle is accidentally or otherwise damaged by the Guest, s/he will be required to pay compensation for the same.
