Overview

Located in the Dhar district in the Malwa region of western Madhya Pradesh, Mandu is a pleasurable resort blessed with lakes and palaces. It was the site of majestic and lush festivities during the Mughal era. The region is teeming with several monuments reflecting the affluent history of Madhya Pradesh. The fort of Mandu is one of the biggest forts in India. The region has a number of spectacular palaces, charming canals, baths and beautifully crafted pavilions. Another charm in the state, Omkareshwar is one of the most consecrated places in Madhya Pradesh. Omkareshwar Temple is one 12 Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva in India. This sacred region is nestled strategically at the confluence of the Narmada and Kaveri River. This 03 Nights and 04 Days tour itinerary take the tourists to a comprehensive tour of Mandu and Omkareshwar. The major highlights of the trip are visiting primeval architectural beauties of Mandu, visiting popular temples at Omkareshwar and Maheshwar and visiting Chattri Bagh, Patal Pani, Baba Gapati Temple and Central Museum in Indore. Tour Plan

Day 01

Arrive at Indore, Transfer to Mandu

On arrival at Indore airport/railway station, meet our representative who will be there for your welcome and thereafter drive you to Mandu, which is about 3 hours drive. On reaching Mandu, check in at your hotel with the help of our representative. Thereafter, proceed on an exciting local sighting tour of Mandu. Well known for various ancient architectural structures, Mandu is blessed with ample of tourist attractions including the Jahaz Mahal (ship Palace), Jami Masjid, Hindola Mahal (Swing Palace), Jain Temple, Rupmati Pavilion and Champa Bhaoli. Later, we will return back to the hotel for a comfortable overnight stay and dinner.

Day 02

Mandu - Maheshwar - Omkareshwar- Indore

Today after breakfast, we will check out from the hotel and drive to Indore. En-route, we will stop by Maheshwara and Omkareshwara in order to visit their famous temples. Thereafter, we will continue our journey. Maheshwar town is spotted with some of the famous Hindu temples, including Jaleshwar temple, the Rajarajeswara temple and Ahilyeshwar temple. Omkareshwar is one of the twelve Jyotirlingams of Lord Shiva. The temple of Shri Omkar Mandhata, the temple of Gauri Somnath and Siddhnath temple some of the major attractions of Omkareshwar, along with the huge Nandi bull engraved over the hillside opposite the temple of Gauri Somnath.

On reaching Indore, we will check in at the hotel. Enjoy mouth watering dinner followed by an overnight stay in the hotel in Indore.

Day 03

Indore Sightseeing Tour

After breakfast in the morning, we will embark on a short tour of Indore city. In our day tour, we will be visiting the Chattri Bagh, Patal Pani, Central Museum and Bada Ganapati Temple. If left with some time in hand, we can plan a tour to Ujjain as well to see the religious strength of devotees next to the banks of the Shipra river. Later, we will return back to the hotel for a relaxing overnight stay and dinner.

Day 04

Departure from Indore

On the last day of our tour, we will have breakfast in the morning and thereafter check out from the hotel and get transferred to the Indore airport or railway station as chosen to catch the flight or board train for onward destination.

Payment Terms

Payments can be made by Cheque, Demand Draft, NEFT, RTGS or IMPS. Cheque/Demand Draft should be in favor of "VM HOLIDAYS AND HOSPITALITY LLP".
You can also book your package online with Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking.

Cancellation Policy

If the Guest decides to cancel the tour for any reason whatsoever then s/he shall give a written application to the Company within specified time limit along with original receipt issued by the Company. Such cancellation will attract cancellation charges stated here under.
Cancellation charges will be calculated on gross tour cost and the cancellation charges shall depend on date of departure and date of cancellation.
Cancellation charges for any type of transport ticket are applicable as per the rules of the concerned authority.
Air tickets issued on special fares are NON REFUNDABLE and Guest shall bear cancellation charges.
Any refund payable to the Guest will be paid after the Company receives refund from the respective authorities. The Company deducts processing charges from the refund to be paid to the Guest.

From 30-22 Days : 25%
From 20-16 Days : 50%
From 15-07 Days : 75%
From 06-00 Days : 100%

Refund Policy :

Refund Process time is 21 working days for any normal cancellation. You will get refund by Bank transfer only.

Note : For any natural disaster or Government Travel Ban, you will get refund as per supplier / hotel / airline policy. If they provide credit note than you will get credit note as per their terms & conditions. We are not responsible for any cash/Bank transfer refunds for it.

Booking Tnc

The above price is per person basis. High Season Surcharges are applicable; rates are not valid for long weekends and public holidays.
Child up to 4 yrs is Complimentary, Adult: 12 years and above.
Personal identification is mandatory to carry on tour for Air Travel, Hotels for security reason like: election card, Driving Licence, Passport.
All rates are valid for Indian national only.
The above given prices are subject to change without prior notice.
The quotation is based on Standard room of individual hotel, however if unavailable then the upgrading cost to be borne by the guest.
Hotel check in is 1400 hrs and checkout would be 1000 hrs. Early check in and late check out subject to availability.
If the above hotels are not available similar category hotels are used as hotel rooms are subject to availability.Hotels may provide room heater at an additional price on direct payment basis.
Meals provided at the hotel (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner) are based on a set menu.
Anything other than the set menu will be charged extra.
Driver is NOT A GUIDE; he will take you to the sightseeing’s mentioned in the itinerary. You will have to explore the place of visit on your own.
Vehicle will be not at disposal. If guest wish to go for additional sightseeing extra charges will be applicable.
Itinerary is subject to change.The above mentioned cost is not valid during National Holidays, festive season/long weekends, Christmas & New year.

Special Notes

Airlines/Room up-gradation and complimentary will not be entertained during the tour unless if specified at the time of booking.
There is no refund for any services not utilized during the tour.
Security deposit is required either in cash or credit card by hotels which is refundable provided no room incidentals are incurred. This security deposit is not included in this quote and must be paid by the guests/corporate directly to the hotel when checking in.
Guests are advised not to keep valuables in the coach/vehicle while sightseeing.
The Company shall not be responsible for loss of valuables from the coach / vehicle . If the coach / vehicle is accidentally or otherwise damaged by the Guest, s/he will be required to pay compensation for the same.
