Overview

Expect to be amazed as our 7N/8D wildlife tour package will take you to some beautiful places where you can not only wonder amid flora and fauna but also witness art and culture of Odisha. In our tour package beautifully hand-crafted by our travel experts, we will guide you one step at a time to some wondrous places, first starting with two villages on the way to Dhenkanal. Visit the weaving village of Nuapatna and a craft village of Sadeibareni. Later, our itinerary will guide you to Satkosia where a boat cruise will be planned; you may also see some reptile species like Mugger and Gharial. During this wildlife tour in Odisha, our itinerary also includes a visit to Bhitarkanika where you can go for a boat cruise to Kalibhanja Diha Island and seek blessings in Jagannath temple’s aarti darshan. In Bhitarkanika, you can go for birding in the bird sanctuary and visit the crocodile breeding centre and the museum. Look for tigers in the Similipal Tiger Reserve and also study about some herbal plants in the nursery at the reserve. Keeping the wildlife feel in mind, our itinerary will take you for a jungle safari around the reserve and chahala zone, besides, a visit to two beautiful waterfalls - Barehipani and Joranda is always a refreshing touch to end the wildlife Odisha tour.

Tour Plan

Day 01

Arrival at Bhubaneswar, Transfer to Dhenkanal

As you exit from Bhubaneswar Airport/ Railway Station, our representative will transfer you to Dhenkanal. En-route, you can visit Nuapatna, a Weaving Village and Sadeibareni, a Dhokra Craft Village. An overnight stay and dinner at the hotel in Dhenkanal.

Day 02

Dhenkanal - Satkosia

After breakfast the next day, head out to Satkosia en route visit Mahimagadi. Once at Satkosia check-in at the Camp. Later, in the noon, go for a boat cruise and witness crocodiles basking on river bank. An overnight stay and dinner at the camp in Satkosia.

Day 03

Satkosia Sightseeing

On day 3, a boat cruise will be organized in Satkosia Gorge, here you may come across few reptile species like Mugger and Gharial basking along the sand banks. After the tour, go for a trek in the natural trails and return to the camp, spend the evening near the bonfire followed by overnight stay and dinner at Satkosia.

Day 04

Satkosia - Bhitarkanika

In the morning after breakfast, checkout from Satkosia and drive to Bhitarkanika. Check-in at the Resort and savoir delicious lunch at the resort. Later, go for a boat cruise to Kalibhanja Diha Island, you will get a panoramic view of Ramsar site. You can then visit Jagannath Temple for live aarti followed by an evening enjoyment at the resort surrounded by campfire with snacks and dinner. An overnight stay at Resort.

Day 05

Bhitarkanika Sightseeing

Early morning, after breakfast, visit the Bird Sanctuary, you can also trek to the hunting tower of the ancient King. After, go for a cruise on a boat to different creeks where you may spot some crocodile species. After lunch, visit the crocodile breeding centre and the museum. This will be followed by evening leisure at the resort surrounded by campfire and Dinner. An overnight stay at Resort.

Day 06

Bhitarkanika - Similipal

Today after breakfast, head towards Similipal Tiger Reserve. Once there, check-in at the hotel and go for lunch. After lunch, a nature walk and study of herbal plants in the nursery will be planned. Later, visit the Crocodile breeding farm, followed by dinner and an overnight at the hotel in Similipal.

Day 07

Similipal Sightseeing

Early morning, after breakfast, visit the two waterfalls - Barehipani and Joranda and also go for a Jungle safari at the reserve followed by a visit to chahala zone. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 08

Similipal – Bhubaneshwar, Departure

Today morning after breakfast, Check out from the hotel and get transferred to Bhubaneshwar Airport / Railway station to board the flight/ train for your onward destination.

Payment Terms

Payments can be made by Cheque, Demand Draft, NEFT, RTGS or IMPS. Cheque/Demand Draft should be in favor of "VM HOLIDAYS AND HOSPITALITY LLP".
You can also book your package online with Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking.

Cancellation Policy

If the Guest decides to cancel the tour for any reason whatsoever then s/he shall give a written application to the Company within specified time limit along with original receipt issued by the Company. Such cancellation will attract cancellation charges stated here under.
Cancellation charges will be calculated on gross tour cost and the cancellation charges shall depend on date of departure and date of cancellation.
Cancellation charges for any type of transport ticket are applicable as per the rules of the concerned authority.
Air tickets issued on special fares are NON REFUNDABLE and Guest shall bear cancellation charges.
Any refund payable to the Guest will be paid after the Company receives refund from the respective authorities. The Company deducts processing charges from the refund to be paid to the Guest.

From 20-16 Days : 50%
From 15-07 Days : 75%
From 06-00 Days : 100%

Refund Policy :

Refund Process time is 21 working days for any normal cancellation. You will get refund by Bank transfer only.

Note : For any natural disaster or Government Travel Ban, you will get refund as per supplier / hotel / airline policy. If they provide credit note than you will get credit note as per their terms & conditions. We are not responsible for any cash/Bank transfer refunds for it.

Booking Tnc

The above price is per person basis. High Season Surcharges are applicable; rates are not valid for long weekends and public holidays.
Child up to 4 yrs is Complimentary, Adult: 12 years and above.
Personal identification is mandatory to carry on tour for Air Travel, Hotels for security reason like: election card, Driving Licence, Passport.
All rates are valid for Indian national only.
The above given prices are subject to change without prior notice.
The quotation is based on Standard room of individual hotel, however if unavailable then the upgrading cost to be borne by the guest.
Hotel check in is 1400 hrs and checkout would be 1000 hrs. Early check in and late check out subject to availability.
If the above hotels are not available similar category hotels are used as hotel rooms are subject to availability.Hotels may provide room heater at an additional price on direct payment basis.
Meals provided at the hotel (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner) are based on a set menu.
Anything other than the set menu will be charged extra.
Driver is NOT A GUIDE; he will take you to the sightseeing’s mentioned in the itinerary. You will have to explore the place of visit on your own.
Vehicle will be not at disposal. If guest wish to go for additional sightseeing extra charges will be applicable.
Itinerary is subject to change.The above mentioned cost is not valid during National Holidays, festive season/long weekends, Christmas & New year.

Special Notes

Airlines/Room up-gradation and complimentary will not be entertained during the tour unless if specified at the time of booking.
There is no refund for any services not utilized during the tour.
Security deposit is required either in cash or credit card by hotels which is refundable provided no room incidentals are incurred. This security deposit is not included in this quote and must be paid by the guests/corporate directly to the hotel when checking in.
Guests are advised not to keep valuables in the coach/vehicle while sightseeing.
The Company shall not be responsible for loss of valuables from the coach / vehicle . If the coach / vehicle is accidentally or otherwise damaged by the Guest, s/he will be required to pay compensation for the same.
