Tour Plan

Day 01

Arrive at Chennai, Local Sightseeing

As you touchdown in Chennai by the means of rail/air , you will be escorted from their onward by our executive, who will also assist you with checking in at the hotel and then take you out for a splendid sightseeing tour visiting the very famous Santhome Church, Kapaleeswarar Temple and through the scintillating sand of Marina Beach. overnight stay and dinner in Chennai.

Day 02

Chennai - Tirupati, Balaji Temple Darshan

After some delectable breakfast, we will start our drive to Tirupati Balaji temple. En route, you will get to visit the Sri Kalahasti Temple (dedicated to Lord Shiva), which represents one of the five elements, Air. Later, we will proceed to Tirupathi to visit famous Tirumala Temple. An overnight stay and dinner at Tirupathi.

Day 03

Tirupati - Kanchipuram - Mahabalipuram

Today after breakfast, we’ll start the journey to Kanchipuram for visiting Kailasanatha Temple, Vaikunda Perumal Temple, and Ekambaranathar Temple. After that, the journey will proceed to Mahabalipuram for sightseeing famous spots like Seashore temple, Arjuna's Penance, Rathas. An overnight stay and dinner at Mahabalipuram.

Day 04

Mahabalipuram - Pondicherry (Puducherry), Local Sightseeing

After early morning breakfast, we will drive to Pondicherry (Puducherry). After arrive at Pondicherry, check-in to hotel than we will start to explore the most beautiful places in Pondicherry (Puducherry). Visit Aurobindo Ashram which houses a library, study room and sales emporium. Remainders of Sri Aurobindo are present here and is open to all for meditation. Then visit French War Memorial, Botanical garden, Chunnambar boat house located along the banks of Ariyankkupam River. Your next stop is Eglise de Sacre Coeur De Jesus, which is one of the most popular churches in Pondicherry. Built between the 17th and 18th centuries, it amazes onlookers with its marvellous Gothic architecture characterized by spires and stained glass windows. Later, in evening, head off to the beaches for some relaxation and entertainment. An overnight stay and Dinner at a hotel.

Day 05

Auroville - The Universal City Tour

Today after breakfast, we visit Auroville- the International township. The first place which you will visit is Auroville, the “Universal City”. It is an experimental township which came into existence in 1968, through the joint vision of Sri Aurobindo and The Mother. Explore Auroville and learn everything that it stands for. Visit The Matrimandir from outside – Temple of the Divine Mother is the spiritual centre of Auroville. It stands as a living example of human unity in diversity. Evening relaxes at the beach or indulge in some adventure activities or go for shopping. An overnight stay and Dinner at a hotel.

Day 06

Pondicherry (Poducherry) - Rameswaram

Today in the morning after you have your breakfast, drive to Rameshwaram. After reach Rameswaram, check-in to hotel and relax. An overnight stay and dinner at Rameshwaram.

Day 07

Rameswaram Darshan & Sightseeing, Rameswaram to Madurai

Today early morning we visit the famous Ramanathaswamy Temple, Gandhmadhana Parvatham, Hanuman Temple and Dhanushkodi. Then during the afternoon you have all the time to explore another face of Rameshwaram with water sports activities, which includes kayaking, jet skiing, stand up board, windsurfing, snorkelling, coral watching. Moreover, there are many land games such as trampoline, mini wheel, dora-dora, water ball which might also interest you a lot. Get a magnificent view of the coast while soaking in the sun and having the cool sea breeze blow through your hair. Take your water sport’s experience to a whole new level. In evening we drive to Madurai. An overnight stay and dinner at Madurai.

Day 08

Madurai Darshan & Sightseeing

After morning breakfast, we will start by visiting the famous Meenakshi Temple, Thirumalai Nayakar Palace and Gandhi Museum. In the evening you can stroll around the temple area and enjoy the aarti or window shopping. An overnight stay and dinner in Madurai.

Day 09

Departure from Madurai

In the morning, you will be transferred to Madurai airport / railway station to board a flight/train to your onward destination.

Payment Terms

Payments can be made by Cheque, Demand Draft, NEFT, RTGS or IMPS. Cheque/Demand Draft should be in favor of "VM HOLIDAYS AND HOSPITALITY LLP".
You can also book your package online with Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking.

Cancellation Policy

If the Guest decides to cancel the tour for any reason whatsoever then s/he shall give a written application to the Company within specified time limit along with original receipt issued by the Company. Such cancellation will attract cancellation charges stated here under.
Cancellation charges will be calculated on gross tour cost and the cancellation charges shall depend on date of departure and date of cancellation.
Cancellation charges for any type of transport ticket are applicable as per the rules of the concerned authority.
Air tickets issued on special fares are NON REFUNDABLE and Guest shall bear cancellation charges.
Any refund payable to the Guest will be paid after the Company receives refund from the respective authorities. The Company deducts processing charges from the refund to be paid to the Guest.

From 30-22 Days : 25%
From 20-16 Days : 50%
From 15-07 Days : 75%
From 06-00 Days : 100%

Refund Policy :

Refund Process time is 21 working days for any normal cancellation. You will get refund by Bank transfer only.

Note : For any natural disaster or Government Travel Ban, you will get refund as per supplier / hotel / airline policy. If they provide credit note than you will get credit note as per their terms & conditions. We are not responsible for any cash/Bank transfer refunds for it.

The above price is per person basis. High Season Surcharges are applicable; rates are not valid for long weekends and public holidays.
Child up to 4 yrs is Complimentary, Adult: 12 years and above.
Personal identification is mandatory to carry on tour for Air Travel, Hotels for security reason like: election card, Driving Licence, Passport.
All rates are valid for Indian national only.
The above given prices are subject to change without prior notice.
The quotation is based on Standard room of individual hotel, however if unavailable then the upgrading cost to be borne by the guest.
Hotel check in is 1400 hrs and checkout would be 1000 hrs. Early check in and late check out subject to availability.
If the above hotels are not available similar category hotels are used as hotel rooms are subject to availability.Hotels may provide room heater at an additional price on direct payment basis.
Meals provided at the hotel (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner) are based on a set menu.
Anything other than the set menu will be charged extra.
Driver is NOT A GUIDE; he will take you to the sightseeing’s mentioned in the itinerary. You will have to explore the place of visit on your own.
Vehicle will be not at disposal. If guest wish to go for additional sightseeing extra charges will be applicable.
Itinerary is subject to change.The above mentioned cost is not valid during National Holidays, festive season/long weekends, Christmas & New year.

Special Notes

Airlines/Room up-gradation and complimentary will not be entertained during the tour unless if specified at the time of booking.
There is no refund for any services not utilized during the tour.
Security deposit is required either in cash or credit card by hotels which is refundable provided no room incidentals are incurred. This security deposit is not included in this quote and must be paid by the guests/corporate directly to the hotel when checking in.
Guests are advised not to keep valuables in the coach/vehicle while sightseeing.
The Company shall not be responsible for loss of valuables from the coach / vehicle . If the coach / vehicle is accidentally or otherwise damaged by the Guest, s/he will be required to pay compensation for the same.
